This is a noble quest every patriotic Nigerian must support

CSU has something to hide in order to protect its integrity.
Overall, no genuine university in the world presents different versions of a certificate issued by the University.

One more reason to never swear in somebody as president of Nigeria when the court litigation over who truly won the election is yet to be decided.

Too late or too early should not be your problem.

I can't phantom why someone will be scared to have his "certificate" released. This should be a thing of joy.

A man with neither primary or secondary certificate has an opportunity to put his " chicago certificate ", the only certifcate of his life, yet he is playing ping pong

Tinubu na scam laslas.
He is a generational calamity that will destroy the young ones if not curtailed.
Little kids and teens are watching how someone with no primary, secondary or university background is supported by their parents.
Kids these days are far sharper than we were in our days. Very quick and sharp to grab things.
They are keenly watching how their parents are upholding a man with a fake identity.

I pity these parents because these kids will replicate these criminalities and bring tears to you.
That is how the world is wired.

Chicago university, do the needful before this being with an invisible background destroy the legacy of the university.

I don't know the type of people in the judiciary of Nigeria has. What else does any one need before understanding that Tinubu is too fraudulent to be a president of Nigeria?

Nigerians are left without electricity, treated running water, petrol, landlines telephony, security, good roads, and other social infrastructures taken as a norm in other functioning countries, despite the more than trillion dollars earned over half a century from crude oil.
Yet, Nigerians can't bend down to figure out that the centrifugal forces from the diverse nations pulled together in one country by one English man, is at the root of the problem of Nigeria.
Europeans have dismantled all the multi ethnic and multi religious countries that once existed in Europe, because they know that such countries never worked.
When will Nigerians wake up from their slumber?

Do Nigerians care a hoot?
Nigeria has remained a dysfunctional country from Day 1 of its creation because too many ethnic and religious groups are jampacked to form one country.
But Nigerians are so disoriented from reality. Cheap cash from crude oil that held politicians one is no more holding the country one.

Fujiyama:
"The University struggles to understand how-given that Tinubu did in fact graduate from the University in 1979 – Tinubu’s grades and other student records from the 1970s and date and signatory information on subsequently issued ceremonial diplomas could possibly have any bearing on a 2023 election challenge in a foreign country."

“But the University is admittedly not familiar with the issues in the Nigerian proceeding or the evidentiary and other legal principles applicable therein. Accordingly, the University defers to Tinubu – who obviously is familiar with these issues and directly involved in that foreign proceeding – to advance procedural and relevancy objections to the application".

^^^

So...let's get this straight.

CSU admits it isn't familiar with the legal issues surrounding the case of its former student and his election to high office in Nigeria. A smart institution would have left it at that...while pledging to comply with all lawful orders from the US judicial system in relation to this matter. But instead, CSU then shot itself in the foot by claiming it couldn't understand how the records (from the 1970s) of its former student had any relevance to federal elections in 2023 in a foreign land. undecided

This statement by CSU is disingenuous.
This university was alive and well when controversy erupted in the US in 2011, over the place of birth of a former US president. By CSU logic, the local authorities in Hawaii could also have said then that they couldn't understand how B. H. Obama's birth records from the 1960s had any bearing on US federal elections in the 2000s.

CSU is part of the problem.

In bold. A university stating that it did not understand how the records of its former student would affect the result of an election in a foreign country, is in mischief making. CSU introduced Tinubu as president of Nigeria.
The matter in the election in Nigeria is that the president is alleged to have associated with CSU fraudulently.
It's legally binding on CSU to clear itself from Tinubu's fraudulent association with CSU. To clear its name of fraudulent association, CSU must investigate Tinubu's records and produce the records for public scrutiny. If CSU refuses, it implies the university is an accomplice to fraud. CSU must release all of Tinubu's records for scrutiny by the judiciary in Nigeria.

I just dey laugh since, most of una don't know what they call privacy laws especially in a country like USA. Verification of academic records is different than requesting academic records to be released. The later requires the explicit approval by the student. Even if the U.S judge becomes sympathetic to Atiku's case, scope of documents must be established, they can't just release entire academic records grin grin grin

US privacy laws are made to protect public interest.
If what you wrote about releasing of private records of a person is true, then universities in America would just admit everyone who can pay for degree or diploma certificate, award them degree or diploma in a month or so - no way or hard way to verify.
Tinubu's academic records must be released by that University for public interest.

President Bola Tinubu has asked the Chicago State University (CSU) not to release his academic credentials to the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar.

Two options for Chicago State university:
1) release Tinubu's academic records to avoid losing reputation of being an accomplice to fraudulent students and alumni it couldn't detect as students or alumni;
2) refuse to release Tinubu's academic records and become globally renowned as a university which admits fraudulent students and supports fraudulent alumni.

Long story.

My own is: after INEC vowed that it would not use any other method except electronic transmission of vote results, INEC had no legal or moral stand in using manual transmission of vote results.
It's only a thief who can say INEC is allowed by law to use another method that is not electronic transmission of vote results in the election.

Press Release

2023 Guber: Uzodimma, Imo APC, Have Nothing To Campaign With

—They Deceived Imo People, Promised 3-R and Gave 3-D

Listening to the un-elected Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma, on Saturday, August 12, 2023, say that he has kept faith with the people of the State and has enough to campaign with could not have amused the Imolites more.

To start with, in that ill-fated unveiling of his running-mate, Uzodimma spent the day casting aspersions on the opposition and blaming them for his failure to provide the desired good governance to the State. Those were the despairing cry of a drowning man who knows that his time at the Douglas House has come to an end.

Despite promises of Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, and Recovery (3-R), what Imo has witnessed in the last 43 months under the Uzodimma regime is the complete opposite - Destruction, Decay, and Deceit (3-D). It is no longer shocking that our state has become a victim of rampant arson and violence. Beyond the devastating loss of lives and property, every aspect of governance and the state's economy have suffered significant damage.

To accurately situate the deteriorating state of Imo's economy, data from Dataphyte reveals that in the first quarter of 2023, the State only managed to generate a measly 3.78 percent of its projected revenue, amounting to a meager N3.16 billion. This positions Imo as the second-worst performer in revenue generation as it is ranked 35th out of the 36 States in the federation, despite the heavy burden of taxation imposed on businesses and individuals in the state. These alarming figures can be attributed to various factors including high unemployment rates reaching up to 60%, low productivity caused by the absence of robust agricultural and industrial programs and policies, and a lack of both public and private sector investment in Imo State.

Funnily enough, Uzodimma's baseless assertion of improved security in the State was predicated on a function hosted by the Nigerian Army in Owerri, the State capital. Unfortunately, the Governor views the capital city as representative of the entire State, disregarding the fact that more than 70 percent of the population resides in rural areas. It is worth noting that since assuming office, the Governor has failed to organize any significant event in his own Oru East LGA. We urge his administration to hold functions in Orlu, Orsu, Okigwe, and other LGAs to truly gauge the situation. Despite a few unimportant events taking place in certain parts of Imo, it would be misinformed to assume that the State is now safe, as criminal activities such as killings, armed robbery, and kidnapping persist daily.

Uzodimma cannot claim to have improved the ‘decayed’ road infrastructure in the State when it is common knowledge that his regime has only concentrated on the construction of three federal roads, which they quoted at extortionate amounts, and have sourced the refund from the Federal Government government, while neglecting a plethora of dilapidated and impassable rural/state roads. Imolites will continue to ask them to account for over N10bn received from the World Bank for the 13.5bn mapped for 380.7 kilometers of roads under the Rural Access and Mobility Program (RAMP), of which the counterpart fund in the region of N2bn was paid by the last PDP administration which was dubiously truncated.

Additionally, it is crucial to highlight the deterioration of the education and healthcare sectors. A recent photograph circulated on social media, showing Emmanuel College students sitting on the floor while taking exams. This distressing image serves as a representative example of the crumbling infrastructure and inadequate learning resources in Imo public schools. Unfortunately, there is currently no clear plan or framework for advancing education in the state. Shockingly, over 60 percent of Imo public schools lack science teachers, let alone essential learning equipment and materials for both classrooms and laboratories. It remains unclear why the Uzodimma administration, since January 2020, has not constructed any new buildings or renovated existing public schools. The Governor must provide an explanation for this oversight, especially considering his claims of enhancing the educational standards in the State.

As soon as he assumed office, Uzodimma promised to revive the moribund Avutu Poultry Farm, Nsu Tiles Industry and the Standard Shoe Industry. Close to 4 years after, he is campaigning for re-election with the same promise. Nothing can better explain failure.

Today, we are glad that Uzodimma and his acolytes have exposed their failures. It was refreshing hearing the Governor sound like a crybaby during a rare visit to Imo over the weekend. This is after he was seen agonizingly running from one office to another in Abuja begging the powers that be to help him retain power. Clearly, he knows that the die is cast. He has been rejected both at the higher and lower places. Ndi Imo did not vote for him the first time and wouldn't do so now. The wave of PDP and its Governorship candidate, Senator Samuel Anyanwu and his running-mate, Hon. Jones Onyereri, are coming to sweep him out of the government house and Make Imo Safe and Secure Again.

The best days for Imo State are indeed near!

Signed:

Lancelot Obiaku.

Director-General,
Imo PDP New Media.
Reducing Orlu his pressumed enemy territory to ground zero is one of Hope Uzodinma's campaign point.

Book keeping is a far different business from presiding over a country.
Tinubu who caused hike in petrol prices without placing what can make the masses absorb the shock, and cause a rapid fall of the value of the Naira, is not fit to preside over a country. Unless the courts want the masses in Nigeria be burnt out, Tinubu who did not win presidential election must be deposed by the courts without delay.

A man, Peter Obi, who won presidential election after few months with an unknown political party could not be said to be chasing clout any day.
Why did INEC purposely disactivate the system for electronic transmission of vote results of presidential election, if not that INEC saw that Obi was leading by a wide margin of votes on the eve of the presidential election?
