She didn't speak Nigerian English. English people don't understand Nigerian English. |
booblacain:The Nigerian official was only listening for what he will come back to tell us that India has promised to invest $30 billion in Nigeria's gas extraction business. Their eyes are focused only on the mineral resources in the Niger delta region. |
nwirinedu:These preachers feed on the poorly informed. How many of her listeners were gainfully employed? Tithe should be about donating 10% of one's savings after life-sustaining expenditures have been subtracted from one's monthly income. But these preachers would make members of their congregation bring even parts of their money for medicines, food, cliothing, shelter, school fees etc as tithe to the church. Thereafter, they tell members of their congregation that God will provide them with cure from their illnesses, provide them with food, clothing, shelter, school fees, etc. Feeding on people's ignorance. Tufiakwa. |
owukpa:It's like fraud- Yahoo-Yahoo- to preach to a congregation to pay tithe. Reno Omokri- busybody - is right on this. |
As other countries were preparing for today's BRIC, he was preparing for and succeeded in 2023 to establish: 1) a possible 24 years of Muslim presidency for Nigeria; 2) the first ever Muslim-Muslim presidency for Nigeria since 1999; 3) first time since 1999 for a Muslim to succeed a Muslim as president of Nigeria. Nigeria's skewed and lopsided political structure created by northern military dictators between 1967-1996 guarantees that persons like him must continue to emerge to steer the wheel of Nigeria. Why? To advance his life ambition for a Nigeria ruled through Islamic Sharia criminal justice system.
|
The BRICS Leaders are after affluence for their citizens. The skewed and lopsided political structure of Nigeria springs up apex political leaders with objective like..
|
helinues:You typify how DISUNITY between the Yoruba and rest of the southern regions enable Arewa to control the crude oil and gas deposits in the south through their tight grips on Nigeria's false democratic process. As the disunity is deepened by the Nurudeens of Yoruba today, the sympathizers for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal justice system use government institutions and instruments to pave the way for armed Fulani herdsmen with ISIS and Boko haram to penetrate all over Nigeria. |
NEW WAY OF FORMATION OF NATIONSTATE FOR NIGERIA. As the southerners resign and flee abroad, sympathizers to ISIS and Boko haram people occupy the jobs. The places they vacate in the south, migrants from the Sahel region led by armed Fulani herdsmen occupy the south gradually; the politicians from the south of Nigeria are so greatly intimidated by Arewa people, such that southern politicians can never afford to withdraw their southern regions from Nigeria. Alas, it shall become Islamic Republic of Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws. |
One hour wage of a lowest paid European or American worker can feed him a day, while one hour wage of a Nigerian cannot buy a cup of beans. Increase inequality between Sub-saharan Africans and Europeans/Americans - that's the other job of the World Bank/IMF. By the next 15 years, abysmal poverty and insecurity must have been it in Nigeria. |
iwaeda:That's like what the WB/IMF did that impoverished Nigeria till today during the early years of Babangida's military administration. Little wonder Tinubu has been bold enough to impose this level of hardship upon Nigerians. |
Reforms that are depopulating Nigeria. Anyway, that is the goal of the Reforms. At this rate, Nigeria's population may have gone down by half 15 years from now. |
Afonjudas:Buharia politics. The man who thinks crude oil and gas deposits are all a country needs to survive. |
Topman7:Bolded: U made a post and insult person who cared to comment. Why don't you write for yourself and paste in your closet, instead of coming to post on a public domain? By the way, you wrote that Jesus Christ never existed, and what exists is Olisa/Orisha. Orisa/Orisha are Igbo expressions. What is there for the Yoruba or the Hausa or the English or Dutch or the Jew? |
RZArecta:Since the death of Mumar Ghaddafi, Libya has been under tussle for leadership between different gun groups. Not surprised what happened. Anyhow, Libyans wouldn't respect anyone from Nigeria, they use Nigerians fleeing to Europe as slaves this time. |
Even if fuel prices return to average of N500/litre, it's not going to be enough to relieve the misery of Nigerians. |
attackgat:Where were those Biafra independence people in London? They should have formed a parallel march to the Yoruba Nation agitators here. It should not continue to be about using Biafra name to form multiple associations for booze and gossips, release music and trade articles. |
LOVEALAIGBO:If they expel Ndigbo from Nigeria, they lose the huge gas deposits in Imo state, the rest of the southsouth shall declare various independent countries from Nigeria immediately after Igbo leaves Nigeria. The ethnic groups in the Southsouth can't risk in Nigeria controlled by the Mullahs once Igbo leaves Nigeria. So don't expect them to let Igbo go from Nigeria. The Seunmsg dem indulge in toxic blackmail against the Igbo, but they can only succeed in blackmailing the uninitiated Igbos. |
YesDaddyTill203:Who are you and how many people you speak on their behalf? Delusional. |
YesDaddyTill203:....and Sunday Igboho is doing what in 10 Downing Street of London, eating Pepper soup? Develop more sense.
|
YesDaddyTill203:Pepper gushing from the mouth into the eyes of who find your palava. Na who go find Yoruba pickin trouble? One Aboki comedian say: no go find Yoruba person trouble, in order not let pepper from his mouth make you go blind.
|
Ykc2:Northerners had since their 1999-2001 adoption of unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal justice system drawn the boundary for their Islamic Republic of Arewa for the 12 sharia states, but still clutch tight to one Nigeria because of lucre in the south. Too many Nigerians in the southern regions do not understand this. |
Omooba77:Did Dan Bello not vote Tinubu to become president of Nigeria? Mahmood Yakubu with his cotravellers in ethno-religious bigotry has finally ruined Nigeria. |
onyxo76:Read my lol in the comment. I was on sarcasm. Nigeria's government spokespersons would tell you petrol costs N3100/litre in the UK, so the government is treating Nigerians fairly. They would not ask themselves the question you asked. |
nairalanda1:Crude oil is sourced from Nigeria. Only problem is that Nigeria's politicians cannot afford to have functional refineries to produce Petroleum products. What a FAILED country. |
Stop moaning. Petrol sells for equivalent of N3100/litre in Great Britain. Lol. |
nairalanda1:Wow. Something has to happen but when is not known. A retired military general from the southsouth zone said during Buhari's civilian administration that Nigeria MUST BE POLITICALLY RESTRUCTURED EITHER THROUGH PEACE OR WAR. Buhari's response was that the armed forces have been guiding Nigeria's democracy since 1999. |
nairalanda1:The lazy men are most of the people from the southern parts of Nigeria who don't understand that the new political structure of Nigeria of 20 new federating units in one northern region but only 17 new federating units for two southern regions is a huge fraud. Land mass or population figures is never used as yardstick to determine where or how many new federating units can be created anywhere in a federation originally founded for diverse regions. There should have been more federating units (states and local government areas) in the two southern regions than in the old Northern region. |
kenchop:...for telling you the truth on how to survive in Nigeria, given the reality of most of Nigeria's population reduced to abject poverty, but the few rich has plenty to eat. |
youngrichnigga:Akpabio is merely telling you to jump on to free food wherever you find them, the way Almajiris do. Who did not see Buhari's political Arithmetics before the last presidential election? |
jonnyjustcome22:Buhari set the stage for Nigeria a ba mi Allah beggars Republic. Tinubu promised Nigerians to continue with the programmes of Buhari. Akpabio is merely echoing what he sees on ground in Nigeria. Why blame Akpabio who has no powers to change what is on ground but asks Nigerians to join like Almajiris into free food wherever free food is found? Almajiris normally jump on free food wherever they see them. |
Omicronvaccine:After Nigeria has been reduced to be a beggars' enclave. You politicians must do the needful now. How happy and contented one is about one's country doesn't depend on how big or rich one's country is. Majority of citizens in a country are supposed to be happy with their country; otherwise, the country is dysfunctional and must be dissolved. Citizens of the following countries were disconnected, poorer, and discontented from the big and rich countries each of them belonged to before the fall of the Berlin Wall: Slovenia 🇸🇮, Bosnia 🇧🇦, Slovakia 🇸🇰, Czech Republic 🇨🇿, Lithuania 🇱🇹, Eritrea 🇪🇷, East Timor 🇹🇱, South Sudan 🇸🇸, Singapore 🇸🇬, Croatia 🇭🇷, Today, 99% of these new countries have citizens wellbeing close to the standard of Western Europe; their citizens are happy and connected to their respective new countries. No country in the world was created to remain one forever. Set the process to get zonal government system with fiscal federalism, or a peaceful dissolution of Nigeria. |
nairalanda1:In which Parliament can anyone get Nigeria politically restructured? Develop more sense, or you are selling snake oil here. Nigeria was restructured from 1967 to 1996 by northern military dictators such that one old Northern region now has overwhelming number of parliamentary seats in the National Assembly through the excess number of states created in the old Northern region. The old Northern region vehemently refuse any further political restructuring of Nigeria. In fact, people of the old Northern region ask southern people who ask for political restructuring, to come to the National Assembly for political restructuring, knowing full well that the National Assembly is overpopulated by legislators from the old Northern region who will vote down any attempt at political restructuring of Nigeria. |
