Hello house, pls i need your advice. I have a B.Sc in Accounting (2001), and a Masters in Business Administration(MBA)(2013) majored in (Human Resource Mgt) and currently work in a Tax office collecting taxes for the Fed. Govt from 2012 to date. I want to apply for a post graduate certificate for any of the following (1) Global Business Management (2) International Business Management (3) Supply Chain Management .Which do you think i should settle for considering my academic records and work experience or is there any other program you can suggest.

As far as you come from an English Speaking Country e.g Nigeria, Ghana, you don't need a Proof of English Test Scores to apply for a PG. Cert program at a College in Ontario

Most Canadian provinces have a provincial nominee program for international students. Regardless of the province, it is easy to get PR after completing your studies. You will get your 3 years PGWP after completing at least a 2-year program; it has nothing to do with the province. Most people are going to Ontario because it is one of the largest provinces and thus has lots of educational institutions.

Hi,

From the above, I want to assume that you are yet to submit your study permit because of the bolded.

So in this case, you need to submit your kids' applications together with yours. Depending on their age, their permit could be a visit or study permit as the case may be. There is a questionnaire you need to answer before your start your application. In this questionnaire, you will indicate if you will be having any accompanying dependent and how many?

Please note that each party will have their own distinct application but all linked to yours. In some cases, all could be assessed by the same V.O or otherwise different V.O.

As regards sending passports for stamping, if all the applications are approved same time, then you can send them all at once. Only the application profile that has been approved by the V.O can be sent for stamping even though you have several accompanying dependants.

So the prayer is for all of them should be approved same time or not be too distant from each other.

One last thing, ensure you weigh the pros and cons before you apply with all three kids at the same time.

From what I have gathered here, you do not need to send in your passport or your children's until you get a request from IRCC which won't be until your application is approved.

I applied to NBCC for winter and was placed on waiting list.

Hello house, pls I need your advise. I want to apply for study permit and I want to travel with my 3 children while my hubby will be here in Nigeria. Do I send my children's passport along with mine when applying for my study permit. In other words, at what time should my children's passport be sent to the embassy for visas to enable them travel with me.

As for PTA, I got mine from Diamond Bank and they'll give you cash but you must have an account with them. Diamond does not give more than $4000 as PTA for one person and they do not give PTA for children less than 14 years.Was hoping i could use my 5 year old son's ticket as well to buy another $4000 but they refused. You'll need to present a copy of ur flight ticket and your intl passport.

Tanx yeshraj, we have all collected our appointment letters and currently having our induction in abuja. We opened this thread in april when we were waiting. Thank God we were among the lucky ones

No particular dresscode but most pple are suited up and a lot also wore kaftans

@ chyk4all... It is 3rd september oo and not oct. My source said first batch is 3rd-7th sept to resume 17th sept while second batch is 10th-14th sept to resume 24th sept and its going to be in Abuja

@ govtpaul..I graduated in 2001 and I am yet to get my b.sc certificate.I stil use my statement of result and I was cleared. As for missing certificate,the guy beside me was cleard wit his affidavit and advised to try and get the certificate and submit before confirmation which is to be done within the next one year. I guess it all depends on the person dat wil screen u.
