concerning the drop in the price of Zenith bank to N52, the price of zenith was marked down for a bonus of 1 for every 4 shares held as well as N1 dividend per share. same also happened to the price of firstbank and afribank today.

Hi everyone,
I've got some money to commit over a three month period. I'm trying to buy some penny stocks in sectors that have growth potential. I'm looking at these two:
Afroil, Petroleum Marketing sector
Unity bank, Banking sector
My three month clock is ticking fast so I need to act quick.
But I need this: a resource.especially on the web, where I can view the history of the performance of these stocks in the recent past.

To check the performance over a period, go to www.nsepro.com , click on demo of portfolio tracking service, then click on download data, select the stock you wish to view the history, slect the period you are looking for and click on report.

wait a minute peeps. i thought i heard that guinea insurance is one of the insurance stocks that has a problem with its recapitalization. that was why the NAICOM boss even got sacked. anyway i heard that the list of all the insurance coys that are free from any scandal will be published end of this month. pls let me know if theres any info contrary to what i have
