So nobody has done this ?. There is so much talk about this apple, but I have seen little evidence |
As the title suggests, has anyone here successfully cultivated and harvested Wambugu Apple here is Western Nigeria ? . E.g Ogun, Lagos, Ondo, Osun e.t.c I am experimenting with a lot of crops and I would like to add this to my experiment . Thanks. |
Still in need of this. Kindly indicate if you have. |
Anyone has solar panel for sale ? |
Organiccourses:Thanks for our response. I would prefer top keep my number private. Kindly share yours |
Gerrard59:You have a point. But many billionaires and countries including UK makes too much money from Nigeria to allow it go into a full scale war . God sef won't allow it happen. |
They are just placing unnecessary fear in people. Yes, I know that people should take precaution and Nigeria is generally not safe, but how many mass shooting have occurred in US this year ? Let me tell you, there have been 582 mass shootings from JAN -SEPT !!, resulting in 604 deaths and 2380 wounded . And I believe the word "mass shooting" needs to be changed to "terrorist attacks" . Because no matter what the reason is, if you go on rampage shooting and killing people, then the person is a terrorist. The west has a way of making Africa look like the worst place on earth . Is Nigeria messed up ? Yes Does it need to be fixed ? Yes Every body just needs to be safe and be their brothers keeper, it is really that easy to have a safe nation . But wicked people won't let this happen . |

Elchappo:There many houses like this, much more than you can imagine. Just that most of them are in Ikorodu or on the island. I have seen some in the area I stated that I am considering. I just want to be open to more options that's why I am here on Nairaland |
As my title says, I need a 2 bedroom flat (preferable ) or 3 bedroom (if the price is fair) . I would prefer to be alone in the compound . Here are some things that would check my box . 1. Anywhere in between Kola Alagbado and Ikeja , when I say in between, I mean any environment in that axis , e.g Kola, Ahmadiyya, Abule Egba , Ijaiye, Ogba, Uturn, Agege, Casso e.t.c 2. The compound should be gated and fenced, again, just one occupant (just me in the compound), this is super important and non-negotiable 3. Good access road . Nice to have if its tarred, but Its not compulsory its tarred, however it should be level and motorable at least. 4. Good electricity, minimum of 12 hours daily, 24 hours is more preferable, but not compulsory 5. No landlord stress, please. 6. Prepaid meter is nice to have, but not compulsory . NO OUTSTANDING BILLS BY PREVIOUS OCCUPANT PLEASE !! 7. Nice interior and fittings , including the kitchen . It doesn't have to be "Lekki" standard, but at least it should be decent . 8. Kitchen should have a store, its not compulsory but nice to have 9. Car port (Shade for a car), not compulsory but nice to have . Praying for God to bless me with a car, so its not bad to have a car port by faith ![]() 10. Water heater in bathrooms, nice to have but not compulsory . Even if its just the master bedroom, I would take it. 11. The compound should have some space, very compulsory. I don't want a tight compound . 12. Visitors toilet compulsory, if its 3 bedroom visitors toilet isn't compulsory 13. Preferable that all rooms should be ensuite, having their own toilet and bathroom 14. Wardrobe in master bedroom at least, kind of compulsory, but I am willing to ignore this if the apartment overall is nice 15. Pets should be allowed, this is compulsory and non-negotiable 16. Kitchen must have shelves 17. There should be bare ground to plant some greenery, like flowers etc . If you have any apartment that fits my description or close enough, please comment here with pics and price, rent per year, total package, location and your number e.t.c I would not drop my number I am a very easy going and polite person, but if you stress me, I would ignore you. I know there is agency fee, so if you have something good and you are legit, I would happily pay all fees including inspection fee. If you are a scammer, please stay off and don't waste your time, I eat people like you for breakfast and would smell you from a million miles away. Looking forward to your comments and apartments. ![]() Thanks. |
agbekoya:Sorry its coming late, I have not been online 08157037355 They are located in Ikorodu |
Vicogrin:I already got them. Thanks. |
deywinks29:It doesn't matter, that's a beautiful dog you have there |
barayci:Are you willing to sell ? If you are, how much for the pups. And when its time to sell, can it be delivered to Lagos/Ogun ? Nice dogs you have there |
odimbannamdi:Thank you ! |
odimbannamdi:Yes, you are very correct about placing them in enclosed places because of the gases they emit . But what do you think ? Are they generally longer lasting than dry cell batteries ,( if properly maintained of course) ? |
GloriousGbola:Make una buy Tubular battery na . It seems better than most "dry cell" deep cycle batteries . Its more expensive but worth it, if you get a good brand. |
Davland:You're welcome Sir |
TheLoanGuy:OK Sir |
odimbannamdi: You no fit sue Nepa for here my Oga . Nepa weh they carry transformer go for months or in some cases years sef, before bringing a new one and people never sue them . If you sue them dem go delay the light by another 1 year ![]() |
jeff1607:In some cases yes, sometimes its because the capacitor is faulty . |
Davland:Short answer : Its not advisable to use a stabilizer with a generator . Long Answer: Why ? 1. Generators usually come in built with voltage regulators (the good brands at least), technically the stabilizer is also a voltage regulator, so its like linking a voltage regulator to a voltage regulator . An analogy is trying to get a woman pregnant again when she is already pregnant , it can happen, the chances are very slim, but in most cases its completely a waste of time, and you are just stressing the poor woman. But scientifically she still can get pregnant "on top" of the existing pregnancy, don't let bore you with science .2. Stabilizers can potentially pull more power than your generator can handle which can possibly lead to damage of the generator(Again the analogy of the pregnant woman, if she does get pregnant "on top" of the existing pregnancy, her body might not be able to handle the load) . The capacity, wattage /kva of the generator and stabilizer has to be taken into consideration . If your gen is not producing stable voltage, the best thing to do is to resolve the problem with the generator by servicing it, or changing the faulty part . Using a good generator repairer . The repairer would also help adjust based on your typical load . BUT If you really want to use a stabilizer you can . if, BIG IF your generator is a high capacity generator e.g 6.5kva , or 13kva, And even with high capacity generators, you still have to be careful and consider the stabilizer wattage and that of your appliances . Does that mean smaller generators can't use stabilizers ?. They can , but there are too many variables to consider , stab wattage, appliance wattage e.t.c ... So its generally not advisable to use stabilizers because there are just too many things to consider that the "non-technical users", might not fully understand . So except you know what you are doing and you understand how to calculate all these , or you use a Mikano generator with massive output , don't use a stabilizer . If your generator is unpredictable with voltage spikes, its best to get it fixed , or if you want extra protection its best to get a good/quality surge protector . In simpler terms they don't really stabilize voltage , they just monitor and trip off connection to your appliances, to protect the appliances if the voltage is above an acceptable / set value . (Some surge protectors are adjustable , so you can choose at what voltage the power should trip off), they are better to use with generators as long as you are getting original ones, because some so called surge protectors are nothing but extension boxes . |
