I am so upset with klubconnect's customer service. They don't respond to chat messages on whatsapp and neither do they pick their phone calls. I credited their Gtbank account with N300 on the 1st of march in favor of 08032856123 and my wallet had not yet been credited. Their customer relationship is appalling!

JUST USE THEIR SMS CODE TO SUBSCRIBE THE DATA YOU WANT.....SAVES YOU ALL THESE STRESS......
I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS WITHOUT ISSUES.
THE ONLY TIME I HAD ISSUE WAS WHEN THEY CHANGED THEIR NUMBER FOR THE SMS TRANSFER AND I DID'NT KNOW AND STILL USED THE OLD NUMBER, WHICH THEY STILL HELPED ME RESOLVE.
SO YEA, THEY ARE TRUSTWORHTY

I finally got my issue with CLUBKONNECT resolved. My wallet has been funded with my 2k deposit. I was able to trace their office at Iwo road Ibadan and trust me this people are still functioning. I was surprised because I thought I won't find anybody in their office but they actually attended to me... I just bought data now now from them and I received it
