Jobs/VacanciesRe: Updated-New Job Vacancies by djeuneur:
I have ignored posts on SLG, but I think I'll just say this now that different infos are flying around about them.
I did their interview and also went for the training. Right from the beginning of the training, I knew I wasn't going back there. Asides the fact that I'm seeing different target figures here, I don't think they are as big as how they portray themselves to be. We were told to individually source for 20million monthly for a probationary period of 3 months, then we'll be staffed(and probably increase targets cos salary increases). The lady even went as far as asking us to make merchandise with our money to help the coy advertise. Part of their incompetence is SLG mistakenly sending me someone else's Offer Letter where I saw other criteria which were not passed across during training/interview (different salary, increased target and so on). Some people may not mind the job terms and conditions, why I refused to comment about it earlier after seeing a lot of posts accusing and defending them. I'm not discouraging anyone, I'll just advise you to be very sure of what you're getting into before commitment and/or SLG should do a thorough review. Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

I tried ignoring this but I couldn't. Mr man who are you and what's your motive here? For you to ask for recharge card in the first place really shows how dubious and unimportant a person you are, if you're indisposed simply tell the person you'll get back to him or her. By the way how many kb be CV sef wey u dey take make noise, do you know how many CVs people have reviewed for others here free if charge? Do you know how many people mentor others here free of charge, help them look for a job till they can stand on their own. Guy seriously you messed up, returning the money wouldn't do any damage control, YOU ARE A BIG TIME FRAUDSTER. 200 card times 100 people that's 20,000 worth of airtime, even for my office na 10k we dey sub for the month.

Word of advice, before you quote me and start saying rubbish better think twice cuz I have a feeling this is going to end on a very very sad note for you if you buy my market.
I have reviewed over 30 CVs here free of charge, I've made over 10 good friends here in which we still chat about stuffs, I have few people I'm keeping close and encouraging and helping in any little way I can and mind you some people did the same for me on this nairaland forum free of charge. So my guy you no get talk for mouth.
Good day, I sent you a PM. Please reply. Thanks.

Science/TechnologyI Need Sound Advice From The Experienced. (please Help) by djeuneur(op): 8:56am On May 15, 2017
Good day.

I'd like to be advised to take the right step here.
I'm a graduate with first degree in a Management related course. Now that I'm done with my first degree (which wasn't actually the course I wanted, but had to because of how the school was wired) I want to start with what I actually have flair for. I'd love to go into IT and I'm prepared.
Now these are my questions I need help with:

1. How do I realize the specific aspect in IT I'd be great at.
2. Is it possible to study and be certified in IT schools with little or no knowledge, that is they teach from basic to complex?
3. Is a Masters degree in an IT field a good step? (Will they teach from basic to complex)?
4. I'm considering other countries apart from Nigeria (other countries being way ahead Technology-wise being one of the reasons) Which countries should I consider, putting permission to work and study into consideration.

Thanks and God bless you as you direct me to the right path.

The venue is #5 Prince Adelowo street, off admiralty way Lekki phase 1.
Please which one do you think is closer to the venue:
LGA; ETI-OSA LG SECRETARIATKM 15, Lekki expressway, Igbo Efon, Eti-Osa, LAGOS ISLAND EAST LCDA SECRETARIAT 47, Broad Street, Behind e-Learning Centre. Marina and
IKOYI-OBALENDE LCDA SECRETARIAT#24 Glover Road, Beside Ikoyi Cemetery, Obalende.
Sorry, I'm not that conversant with the Island. I just hinted you on the easiest way to kill two birds with a stone. I hope someone will help you with descriptive information on which is closer.
But just in case no one does, since you're coming from Agege, you can try to locate the IKOYI-OBALENDE LCDA SECRETARIAT, Obalende.
I'm suggesting this since you can get a bus to Lekki from Obalende. Good luck.

Thanks bro..my fear is if i have to go get the Lassra Id early on Monday morning, i may get to the interview venue late as i have been scheduled to appear for the interview by 10:00am ( will be going from Agege to Lekki)
Leave Agege as early as 5 or 6, locate the nearest LGA to the venue, get your lassra certificate and go for the interview. See list of centres below.

Christianity EtcRe: CAN Protests Nigerian Participation In Islamic Sports by djeuneur: 12:08am On May 13, 2017
Rilwan20:
You guys are more horrific than the religion fanatics reason why Nairaland mod have device a mode of declaring once faith before commenting on Muslims section because you hardly see Muslims commenting on Christian posts but you guys incessantly constitute nuisance on their posts. But the irony of this is that you are as meek as pussy cat organically, but claim to be gangster behind your keyboard. Bloody hypocrite, how can you type something like this when you are equally guilty of the same allegation. My two cents advice is travel to Kano with a mega phone in you hand and say the same thing you type here in Hausa.
And what will the Islamic brothers in Kano do?
No need for an answer, we all know.

No Christian will lay a hand on you for doing the same.

I'm not a Muslim, but there's this aorta of aggression in the Islamic practice.

I might be wrong though. Cos I have a number of calm Muslim friends. Its confusing sef.
