Reports have been received that some parties have decided to rig this election by collaborating with INEC Presiding Officers through the use of card readers. They intend to do this by pre-registering some PVCs (in favour of their candidates) before even getting to the polling units(PUs) and therefore the card readers will start numbering from a particular figure (e.g 200) instead of 1. Party agents should therefore ensure that they check the numbering of the card reader before the INEC PO starts using them and ensure that such is reset back to zero(0).

I agree to some extent, maybe 96%. A man in a relationship with a lady above 30 will also know what he is into and will be fully aware of the contract he will be signing if it eventually turns out positive(A serious minded scenario assumed.)To this extent, d lady who is a career person and d so much experienced will also not have too many time within a span of 6 months to get so close with him except on phone, chats, etc. A man will always want to get to know d two sides to d lady and see if he can cope in d long run, or rather, manage her character.
My point is, a span of 6 months is too small a window frame to decide on a life time journey.
