RomanceRe: 18 Secrets That Will Help You Understand UR MAN by djsaintboss(op): 6:53pm On Jul 05, 2014
[quote author=claireshan]its nt much compared to what u hv to knw about Girls
FamilyThe 8 Types Of Difficult People by djsaintboss(op): 6:42pm On Jul 05, 2014
1. Openly Aggressive People: These people are
the bullies who are often abusive and
intimidating. They believe their “victims” are
weak and deserve the treatment they give
them. They are therefore stimulated by signs
of weakness. There are three subtypes in this
group.
(a) Sherman Tank: Attack not just your idea
or project, but you personally as well.
Confrontational, pointed, harassing and angry.
Examples: bullying from your boss, sexual
harassment in the work place.
(b) Snipers Feel very strongly about how
others should think and act rude comments,
biting sarcasm Attempts to make you look
foolish. Example love forcing their opinions on
you.
(c) Exploder after initial calm explodes into
uncontrolled ranting and raving. Nut cases I
say
2. Complainers: Feel overwhelmed by an unfair
world, like bringing their problems to you.
Complainers find fault with everything. These
are fearful people who have little faith in
themselves and others because they believe in
a hostile world. It can be difficult to
recognize a true Complainer. They are skilled
at starting problems in such a critical manner
that it is hard to separate real problems from
complaints. And people around them become
defensive because they know the Complainer
will be the first to blame them if something
goes wrong. Complainers themselves feel
powerless to correct the situations they
complain about. Relying on others to fix the
problem perpetuates their own belief that
they are without blame or fault.
3. Clams: characteristics- No verbal feedback,
No non-verbal feedback, say nothing. These
people react to questions you have posed,
controversial statements you have made, and
indeed any situation they deem disagreeable,
by clamming up or saying nothing. Just when
you want a response, they may grunt, give a no
or yes or more likely say nothing. It is
difficult to discern a Clam from a quiet
person. However, quiet people are not likely to
avoid direct questions, whereas Clams are. For
instance, you have asked a colleague to not
park so close to your car in the company
parking lot. A Clam will say nothing. A quiet
person will at least respond in some way. The
biggest problem in dealing with Clams is you
don’t know what the silence or lack of
response means. You can’t say what’s on their
mind….
4. Super–Agreeable: What is so difficult
about communicating with someone who is
always pleasant and supportive of your ideas?
Nothing, until you want that person to do
something for you. Super-Agreeable want to
be liked and accepted by everyone, so to
achieve this they are outgoing, sociable and
very personable. However, the danger here is
they will agree with you about one thing and
then agree with the next person whose ideas
are contrary to yours. At work, the Super-
Agreeable will volunteer to do every job and
get none of them done.
5. NO /negative person: characteristics - Able
to defeat big ideas with a single syllable,
deadly to morale. No/negative person are
extremely pessimistic, negative and more
bitter than complainers. Usually, they feel
defeated or powerless in regard to the
situation. And the more you try to solve a
problem or improve a situation, the more
negative they become.
6. Know–it-All: Has a low tolerance for
correction and contradiction. Apparently
confident, often condescending; their claimed
knowledge may be real or fake; and they are
often poor listeners
7. Maybe Person: Procrastinates in hope that a
better choice will present itself Indecisive, or
Maybe Persons, are very helpful people;
however, they put off making decisions which
might upset someone. The serious problem here
is that indecisiveness can work – most unmade
decisions become irrelevant through time. For
them, not making a decision is a compromise
between being honest and not hurting someone.
8. The envious person: Envy of this type is fear
by comparison. Feeling “less than”, “inferiority
complex” because you perceive that someone
else is “more than” in some particular area. It
could happen when working on a project with
your colleague, they might feel threatened by
you or you might be seen as a threat to your
immediate boss who might think you have an
eye in his or her position. The jealous
neighbour who questions every new car you
buy, spreading rumors, cooking up stories ….
The list is endless.
Finally
Conflict between people arises inevitably and
we all have to be prepared to manage difficult
relationships at home and in the workplace
from time to time challenging people can turn
a perfectly good day into a dramatic
experience without any reason. When walking
away is not an option, what do you do?

CareerAM 22yrs Old, And This Is The Perfect Advice @22 by djsaintboss(op): 6:31pm On Jul 05, 2014
What advice will you give yourself at 22
years?
1. Act now while you still have emotional
innocence.
“At 22 … you have the energy, the brilliance,
the passion to make things happen. But most
importantly you have the innocence.
Experience hardens us. And often kills the
dream. Because it bubbles over the risks that
we so carefully weigh. At 22, you are likely to
have less of the trappings. The fears of failure
are not as monstrous. The list of
responsibilities is thankfully smaller. And the
courage to experiment higher.” - Rimjhim Ray
2. Appreciate this phase of life.
“…As a 22-year-old it is important to have an
absolute blast. You are only 22 once! Make
sure you have the time of your life, stay up for
plenty of sunrises and meet all kinds of people
in as many places as possible. If you get the
opportunity to travel, grab it with both hands
and don’t forget your toothbrush (and these
days, condoms)! Get out there, dance and play
as well as working hard and creating things.” –
Sir Richard Branson
3. Don’t be afraid to screw up.
“I pretty much failed at everything until my
mid-thirties. You’d think that would leave me
full of regret for a series of bad choices. But
interestingly, I don’t have any regret for
having tried the things I tried – even though
they were risky, and unorthodox, and even
though you could reasonably argue that I ‘lost’
those years. In fact, when I look back over my
life, the only regret I feel is a regret about all
the stuff I didn’t try. I find that striking, and
it reinforces for me a perspective I have
about risk and regret.” – Tim Westergren,
founder of Pandora
4. Money isn’t everything
“Don’t get me wrong — I fully appreciate the
need to have a base level of money to be able
to live a safe and healthy life. The hard part is
recognizing that once you have the basic
necessities covered, what you do with money
can get in the way of becoming truly content
and happy, and present for those you love.
Money will never define you. You define your
money. When you are starting out in your 20s,
it is natural to think about all that you will
have and do once you start making money, and
making more money. That gives money way too
much power over your life. It’s not about how
much you make, but the life that you make
with the money you have.” – Suze Orman
5. Embrace uncertainty.
“So the best way to live — which I didn’t know
when I was 22 — is to embrace the wisdom of
uncertainty. How is this done? By attuning
yourself to the following: The feeling in your
heart. Your highest sense of purpose. A
worldview larger than yourself. A sense of
empathy with others. A desire to be of service.
An understanding that you are unique in the
universe. An understanding that you deserve
to be happy and fulfilled. By being in tune with
these things, which exist in everyone, you can
escape the stress and pressure, the insecurity
and doubt, that causes people to become
stuck.” – Deepak Chopra
6. Allow yourself to relax sometimes.
“For far too long, we have been operating
under a collective delusion – that burning out
is the necessary price for achieving success.
In college, just before I embarked on a career
as a writer, I wish I had known that there
would be no trade-off between living a well-
rounded life and my ability to do good work.” –
Arianna Huffington

Romance18 Secrets That Will Help You Understand UR MAN by djsaintboss(op): 6:20pm On Jul 05, 2014
The following 18 secrets will help you know and
understand your man very well and will surely
leads to a lasting and fruitful relationship.
1. Men Will Talk About Feelings
It may be easier for your man to talk about
feelings indirectly. Ask what he’d do during a
romantic weekend. Or what he thought the
first time he met you. His answers will reveal
how he feels and bring you closer.
2. Men Say “I Love You” With Actions
Some men prefer to express their feelings
through actions rather than words. Your guy
may say “I love you” by fixing things around
the house, tidying up the yard, or even taking
out the trash — anything that makes your
world a better place.
3.Men Take Commitment Seriously
Men have a reputation for being afraid to
commit. But the evidence suggests men take
marriage seriously. They may take longer to
commit because they want to make sure they
are onboard for good. In a survey of currently
married men, 90% say they would marry the
same woman again.
4.He Really Is Listening
When you’re listening to someone talk, you
probably pipe in with a “yes” or “I see” every
now and then. It’s your way of saying, “I’m
listening.” But some guys don’t do this. Just
because a man isn’t saying anything doesn’t
mean he’s not listening. He may prefer to
listen quietly and think about what you’re
saying.
5. Shared Activities Form Bonds
Men strengthen their relationships primarily
through shared activities more than by sharing
thoughts or feelings. For many men, activities
like sports and sex make them feel closer to
their partner.
6. Men Need Time for Themselves
While shared activities are important, men
also need time for themselves. Whether your
guy enjoys golf, gardening, or working out at
the gym, encourage him to pursue his hobbies,
while you make time for your own. When both
partners have space to nurture their
individuality, they have more to give to each
other.
7. Men Learn From Their Fathers
If you want to know how a man will act in a
relationship, get to know his dad. Some say
men learn about their relationship role by
watching and listening to their fathers. How
they are with each other and how the father
relates to the mother can predict how a man
will relate to his wife.
8. Men Let Go Faster Than Women
Women tend to remember negative
experiences longer and may have
lingeringfeelings of stress, anxiety, or
sadness. In contrast, men are less likely to
dwell on unpleasant events and tend to move
on more quickly. So while you may still want to
talk about last night’s argument, your guy may
have already forgotten about it.
9.Men Don’t Pick Up on Subtle Cues Men are
more likely to miss subtle signals like tone of
voice or facial expressions. And they are
especially likely to miss sadness on a woman’s
face. If you want to make sure your guy gets
the message, be direct.
10.Men Respond to Appreciation
Showing appreciation for your guy can make a
big difference in the way he acts. Take
parenting. Studies show that fathers are more
involved in care-giving when their wives value
their involvement and seethem as competent.
11.Men Think About Sex … A Lot
OK, so maybe this one is no secret. The
majority of men under age 60 think about sex
at least once a day, compared with only a
quarter of women. And that’s not all.Men
fantasize about sex nearly twice as often as
women do, and their fantasies are much more
varied. They also think more about casual sex
than women do. But thinking is not the same as
doing.
12.Men Find Sex Significant
It’s a myth that most men think sex is just
sex. For many, sex is a very important act
between two committed people. And just like
most women, men find intimate intimacyto be
most satisfying in the context of a committed
relationship. One reason is thatlong-term
partners know how to please one another
better than strangers do.
13.He Likes It When You Initiate Sex
Most guys feel as though they’re the ones who
always initiate sex. But they also like to be
pursued and wish their partner wouldtake the
lead more often. Don’t be shy about letting
your guy know you’re in the mood. Initiating
sex some of the time may lead to a higher level
of satisfaction for both of you.
14.Guys Aren’t Always Up for Sex
Men, much to many women’s surprise, aren’t
always in the mood for sex. Just like women,
men are often stressed by the demands of
work, family, and paying the bills. And stress
is a big libido crusher. When a guy says, “not
tonight,” it doesn’t mean he’s lost interest in
you. He just means he doesn’t want to have sex
right then.
15.Men Like Pleasing Their Partner
Your pleasure is important to your man. But he
won’t know what you want unless you tell him.
Too many women feel uncomfortable talking
about what they likeand don’t like. If you can
tell him clearly in a way that doesn’t bruise his
ego, he’ll listen. Because he knows he’ll feel
good if you feel good.
16.Guys Get Performance Anxiety
Most men get performance anxiety on
occasion, especially as they age. Your guy may
worry about his physique, technique, and
stamina. If you can help him learn to relax and
stay focused on the pleasures of the moment,
sex will become less stressful.
17.Men May Stray When Needs Aren’t Met
If a man doesn’t feel loved and appreciated in
his relationship, he may turn elsewhere for
satisfaction. For one man, that may mean
burying himself in work. Another may develop
a fixation on sports or video games. And some
men cheat. To avoid this, partners need to
work together to meet each other’s needs.
18.He’s Vested in You
Most men realize there’s a lot to lose if a long-
term relationship goes sour — not just each
other’s company, but the entire life you’ve
built together. If you’re willing to work to
strengthen your marriage, chances are your
man will be, too.

RomanceMarriage Tips! What Did U Learn From This? by djsaintboss(op): 4:12pm On Jul 05, 2014
As I sat inside a crowded bus, I
noticed a Man,
sitting by my side with his wife.
They were
dressed in uniform native attire and both
looked
moody. I was about to preach in
the bus but the
Holy Spirit held me back, and
whispered in my heart; "Be quiet
and observe!" I obeyed. Not long afterward,
the Woman
began to quarrel
with her husband, then shouted
at another female
passenger sitting close by, before
fighting with the bus conductor!
Other passengers were hurling
insults at her husband for being
unable to control his wife, but
the Man just sat quietly, smiling,
as if saying to them in his mind; "Welcome to
my
World!"
As I fixed my eyes on the Man,
observing his
calmness, God whisperred
something strange into my heart: God said;
"Son,
sometimes, it takes the Deaf, the
Dumb and the Blind shorter time
to enjoy Marriage
better than the Perfect Human
Being!" I was confused! I asked for
explaination, and God
said:
"Everyone who wants the best out
of Marriage should learn wisdom
from the Deaf, Dumb and Blind!
Being deaf to the insultive words
and offenses of
your partner;
being Blind to their errors,
weaknesses, short- comings, mistakes and
failures;
then being Dumb in times of
misunderstandings,
especially when you are ANGRY,
so that you don't
injure those you claim to Love with your
Words!
Only the Brave, Courageous and
Wise can apply
this hidden Wisdom to act Deaf,
Dumb & Blind!
It takes true Humility to deal with Pride and
Selfishness!
Marriage is not for PERFECT
PEOPLE but only for
MATURE PEOPLE!"
Right there, I bowed my heads
down in prayers to ask God for His Grace!
Moral Lesson: seek d wisdom of God in ur relationships and ur marriage. WHAT DID U LEARN?
