THE AUDACITY OF FOCUS/ PERSISTENCE
1. They don't try to display knowledge of the field. They are more about looks, image,customer comfort/­satisfaction, and all.Most of those things are under Brand Facade. In fact, the public who happen to be their customers boast about them even though they do not often avail credit(loans) to upcoming or start up businesses like some other banks. They have stuck to their Brand and have been known by it. It has distinguished them. Some may not like them but they have maintained attraction by attacking your Eye Gates with image/­perception. They are Zenith Bank
2.He started singing in the year 2000 and made over ten albums. NOBODY cared. They laughed at his weird and senseless songs. A time came when he almost gave up music BUT then, he released GANGNAM STYLE, and today, PSY is a global mega-superstar,­­­ earning millions of dollars and with one of the MOST WATCHED videos on YouTube.
3. This man was told he couldn't dance. He ignored their school of thought and danced everywhere till he became known for his dance steps and was made the godfather of soul- James Brown
4. Focus has a negative twist to it. Some became focused at a negative thing and became known for it. Shina Rambo was a focused armed robber, Ade Bendel was a focused fraudster, Clifford Orji was a focused ritualist, Bin Laden was a focused terrorist, Boko Haram is a focused confused group, Niger Delta Militants were focused pests, The government of the nation says it's 'focused' on fighting corruption but we've seen no results so far. Focus brings results. Excuses are for the weak. Justified excuses are still for those that lack foresight. Focus surely brings something, Strategy sharpens the sword of focus. Life doesn't tolerate excuses.

-Did you say government policies are against you?.... Keep doing your OWN thing. You'll always have funny policies around you just the way air fills the atmosphere.
-Did you say there are obstacles?
... Obstacles are things you see when you set your eyes off your goal. Focus!! when you get closer to them you'll notice they were a mirage
-Did you say devils are contending you or your business?...Abe­gi, devils no get respect? A whole you? Knock them out. I didn't say knock them out as a christian, muslim, buddhist etc. Simply knock them out. You were made higher and greater. You handed authority over to him(devil),take­ it back. Let me use a friend's analogy. You are a young man who knows absolutely nothing about the Almighty God. You are very randy and love to sleep with anything in skirt. Yet sometimes you blame your lack of control on the devil. One day,u see a lady u like and rush her,touching her everywhere. She pleads with u to stop but u say u can't just control yourself,it's like the devil lives in you. She eventually says to you, that she has HIV..... Hmm, even if all the devils in the world were to leave hell and come on you forcing you to go ahead, your big answer will be NO. That's a man that doesn't believe the Almighty God exists. How much more those that know and believe. I repeat, you're too BIG for devils.
- Did you say no one is giving you an opportunity?...­. Like I always say, If opportunity doesn't knock BUILD A DOOR yourself and knock it
- Did you say the rich don't ever want new people rising to their midst?.... True, they are that bad but the problem is you're trying hard to become rich. Work at being an irresistable brand of value they cannot progress further without. They'll part with their funds for your service, thereby unknowingly prepping u up and inviting you in. Mental strength has its ways.

Don't forget, it's never glamourous in the beginning. Many may laugh at you when you start up and focus. Friends may even scorn. Like the Terminator, simply tell them "I'll be back"

SIMPLE TRUTHS LEADERS OF ORGANISATIONS,F­AMILIES,RELIGIO­US BODIES AND NATIONS HID FROM US.
1. CORPORATE WORLD: Do you know we service our cars regularly so they don't develop faults? We do the same constantly for our generators. Only Human Beings are serviced (trained) once a year and the Management of the organisation expects optimum productivity. Someone is definitely displaying the brand called foolishness which will definitely affect the organisation's bottomline negatively and it's definitely not the employees displaying such foolishness.
2. Please understand Human Beings are like hard ware and they need software to run the hardware effectively. A computer (hardware) functions via the software programmed in it. If your organisation is not developing, don't just fire the staff to hire new ones. That's a 19th century way of thinking. It costs much more to fire, hire, train again from the scratch, deploy and retrain... Rather, change the training consultants(My dear colleagues, don't shoot me here. I only stand for truths) who are deploying software(traini­ngs) to the hardware (staff). A change costs you almost the same fee without extra costs or organisational setbacks. It's only after there no changes from the staff with the new consultants that you go towards letting off and getting new staff
3. FAMILY: Please understand, the laws of the land reveal that when you become 18, you are an adult that can take decisions. Hence,when your parents laugh at you (as a female) at the age of 18/19 bringing home a young man to marry; or as a male, you come home to set up a company but they scorn you saying "what do you know, sit down there. You are too young to marry/start a Biz." Well, they are right in one way but in the very truth behind it, what they have indirectly also said concerning themselves is, "We are so sorry we were not competent enough to prepare and teach you the dynamics of life in the '17 plus' years we had total control of you. We are so sorry for failing in our duties as parents in grooming you enough to launch you for the real world." Hence, 30 year olds are with their parents and under their control.
4. RESTAURANTS: History records that these business group(fast food restaurants excluded) refuse to engage in training their staff because the staff are not stable. They could leave the next day.. VERY TRUE. Nonetheless, the question is who looses in the long run?. People you pay less than N50,000 a month or you who makes like N2m a day in your business. Please tell me, how many quality local food restaurants have lasted 15 years? They come and they go. Wisdom doesn't need to tell you why. Change strategy.
5. RELIGIOUS BODIES: I often say life is all about branding. Every organisation has a Brand Product or brand products they are noted for. The product of the bank is accounts(saving­s,current,corpo­rate), Telecoms is recharge card, Hotel is luxury/­comfort, Petroleum is mainly oil. The church too has a product. The product of the church is called the anointing. Product brings you closer to an organisation as a 'customer' but product will never keep you coming back. There are structures run by people that give you a good feeling. In the bank, they are called Customer service; In Telecoms, they are called customer care; In Hotels,they are called front desk officers; In Boutiques they are called sales reps; In churches, they are called Ushers. THEY ARE ALL UNDER CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WERE JUST GIVEN REBRANDED NAMES... If this is true, then there's more to the Religious body than preaching. Many church offices and churches lack proper administration and word based trainings. The disciples themselves picked people that would help with the people. The 21st century Pastor shouldn't try and do both. Stay in your strength zone and connect helpers.
6. NATIONS: Pride definitely comes before a fall. Believe me, there is absolutely nothing wrong with inviting former first ladies of repute (Mandela's wife, current Liberian President, and any of our own we deem fit in profile) into the nation to share thoughts, groom and train our first ladies in the nation(Both Governors wives, President/VP/­Senate president's wives) on etiquette, media response, handling an irate public, etc. It will look insulting to them if regular people handle such trainings but when some1 they know was a success as a first lady or Female President, long before them grooms them, it's acceptable. This should be done before and after swearing in.

Over the years, scenarios brought a 21st century outlook to certain words in the dictionary. These words can be described by some 21st century scenarios we see.

POLITICAL INSTABILITY: Zoning and power shift/­­rotation. The nation can't stand strong with this 15th century mindset.
RECOVERING: Turning your back on the beer joints and using the same funds to buy blocks to start developing your landed property.
RELIGION: Man's excuse for covering up his weakness and ignorance
FOOLISHNESS: When man says there's no God
REVOLVING STUPIDITY: TGIF(Thank God It's Friday). When you move to your purpose and what you love doing, you are excited about every-day. Every job will be restful no matter how hectic.
TRUTH: Changing the term "Honourable member of the House of Representatives­­" to "Member of the House of Representatives­­". For now,majority are not 'Honourable.' It's not an insult,it's a clear opinion no one wants to say.
UNFAIR: Found out my neighbour from another building wasn't paying PHCN bills. Apparently,when­­ I load units,they zap off fast. They are connected to my building. Took me a year to realise.
DECEIT: When your bank treats you like a movie star because of your TDT and TCT,the income received from your various facilities,floa­­t income on your funds,deposit etc. Don't ever make the mistake of having a down-turn in your business. You'll realize you lived in an imaginary castle all along.
FASHION: The constant positive insane expression of an icon expressed via his clothing which dominates the minds of followers and becomes a public trend.
WISDOM: Every stage in life has a graduation stage to the next level. Day Care to Nursery to Primary to Secondary to University to NYSC to Job . Most people NEVER graduate from their job to the next. They live and die there. There's a time you graduate to eventually use the skills you acquired in training(Job) to set up yours. The graduation period to this can only be sensed by YOU. No one else.
INFLUENCE: Whether the public or media like you or not, they need your story/events to stay in business.
INSANITY: Having a LANDrover vehicle, a LANDcruiser SUV, No LAND of your own, Yet still having a LANDlord you pay rent to.

TRUTHS ABOUT 2013 YOU'LL PROBABLY NOT WANT TO HEAR
1. The year doesn't come with a blessing. The Almighty God didn't bless years,months,days. He blessed YOU.. So, YOU are the blessing that steps into 2013 to make it a blessed year for yourself.
2. Bold 10 is in the market and there'll be a mad rush for it. The cost can buy an average man (the millionaire in Nigeria who is actually a "thousandnaire" in pounds/dollars) many bags of cement. However, the foolishness of life is a large percentage of funds made by RIM is from Africa. Nigeria is with a huge percentage....We'll consume more in 2013 and produce less. Listen, prayers can't change this. Wisdom and knowledge will. Think about this.. Have you ever seen someone filled with food in his stomach think of ways to grow food. It's only those once beaten by consistent hunger pangs that look for ways to plant crops behind the house, Do you not know many developed their gifts in the midst of pain/hunger. As long as the nation's borders are open to us being full consumers of products, we will never be able to engage the creative thinking ability in us.
3. You probably put down 2015 goals in 2013. It's okay but the almighty God knows if He allows such for you,the weight of glory will crush you since you're not yet built for it.
4. Your New year resolutions never really make it past the month of March.
5. Whatever you can't start in 2013, it's a bit unlikely for you to benefit from in 2014.
6.It's great and awesome preaching the 11th hour or last minute God, but it's wiser when people know the truths of the Word. Preaching may excite you,motivate and give you hope but teaching keeps you rooted,grounded and with an understanding that the Almighty God only sees 2013 cause that's the way we relate with Him. He's not looking out for years,He's looking out for preparedness. Preaching tells you the year of manifestation, Teaching gets you prepared to manifest/showcase yourself in the year. Preaching excites, Teaching grooms.
7. Many round the world will love to be in church to cross-over to 2013, yet avoid the word of God in the remaining part of 2013. Just because I jumped in the swimming pool once or twice doesn't mean I'll constantly be wet all through the year.

Some call it the law of return, others call it seed time and harvest, while some say it's Karma. But look at these..
1. As a female that feels so hawwwwttttt that married men can't resist her hence, she's happily willing to date married men and take a piece of them which their wives are meant to enjoy..........­.. Watch out, when u get married, some sexier younger looking girl is going to compete with you for your husband and make u miserable at home.. Some of you right now are saying God forbid..lol. There are laws in life for the way you live. The law of electricity doesn't forgive if u put your hand in a naked live wire; neither will the law of gravity stop for you because you foolishly stepped out of the window of a 50 storey building.
2. You're a dude that enjoys winning the hearts of various ladies, sleeping with them to show conquest and breaking their hearts..... Coming soon years from now is your daughter. They'll definitely do to her, pressed down shaking together and running over. Are u upset by this truth? Don't be... You only design your future and that of your family.
3. You're an employee of an organisation but very lukewarm at work..... You'll start your business someday and lukewarm and complacent staff will be your hires.
4. Kill to live and someone else will kill u to live.
5. Break up some1 else's church angrily to start yours and watch out for "dogs" in your ministry who'll want to tear you apart
6. Divorce wife/husband 1 to marry wife/husband 2 based on selfish reasons, you'll still probably not be able to hold the home with wife/husband 2 and you'll be looking for number 3 to help out.

ITS A DIFFERENT WORLD, FROM WHERE YOU COME FROM (I remember that comedy).-
-$1.5billion was spent on pet food in one year.That's 3 times the amount spent on baby food. Apparently,in d US,having pets r preferred 2 having babies.
-The US and UK get confronted with terrorists and do not negotiate with them, Nigeria gets confronted with various terrorists group and give amnesty,money and peace talk negotiations.
- In India,cows are worshipped and are for sacrifice while the northerner in Nigeria sees it as meat.
-In Nigeria,flogging your child is normal,in the UK,you get imprisoned.
- Entertainers abroad wear head warmers,leather jackets etc for their shows due to the weather,Nigerian entertainers wear the same. Could it be that Nigeria is a cold environment .
- Dogs are good pets and circus animals in the UK, while in a small part of Nigeria, they are good food(404)
- In the UAE, a toyota camry is a taxi, in Nigeria, the young upcoming big boys use it as an acquired trademark to show they have arrived;
- According to the Information head of the United Kingdom,facebook is a blessing to the entire world from a young man, according to the information minister in Nigeria, Facebook is a blessing Goodluck Jonathan brought to Nigeria..lol
-The Halliburton scam currently has the foreign nationals involved in jail or fined while their partners in crime in Nigeria are popping champagne,living large and looking at ways they could probably contest for Governorship elections.
-A bottle of Henessy Eclipse at the hilton is N2m. You are complimented with a room and breakfast.Both cost less than 150k. In Sierra Leone where I once handled a session, You are a major prospect for a bank with that kind of money. That's like 44million Leones.Many can be fed.
- In Nigeria, some decided to use body parts for rituals,in Europe, many use body parts to save other lives in need. (Hmm)
- Americans curse their parents to their faces, Nigerians dare not. I don't even think they would attempt such behind them.
-The Italians can kill their own brother or sister because he or she disrespected or betrayed them,the Nigerian would rather tell you God will judge you :-)
- South Africans have little or no respect for the elderly, the Nigerian will maintain composure and respect for the number of years he sees in front of him even though irritated or angered.
-The Chinese warlord goes to war,gets defeated and refuses to return home.He either kills himself or goes on self exile, The Nigerian goes to war,comes back after a defeat but rebrands it "No victor, No vanquished" :-) :-) :-)
- To a regular European, Dress means a clothing item, to a regular Nigerian, Dress means make you commot for road abeg.

My country may have many cracks,flaws,economic and political instabilities, etc....... BUT, it sure feels good being a Nigerian. In pain, we are funny; In lack,we refuse to go hungry; In civil wars,coups,religious wars,terrorism,corruption,media slander etc, we still are together. Other countries went through what we did and broke up into fractions. We are unstoppable. We may not know what 20years from now will be like but its certain that the worldbank,the UN, the local media,and some personal negative thoughts from people will continue to be wrong in their prediction of a break up. NAIJA 4 LIFE. Loving or hating us doesn't change us.

I'm no-where near a Martin Luther King but I'm also permitted to have a dream for this nation.I have passionate dream for this nation(which may be a silly dream to others).I have a dream that one day,some day; One Naira will be equal to One Dollar. I have that dream.... My generation may not see it but one thing is certain,Martin Luther Jnr had a dream and we saw it many many decades later accomplished in Obama. We may not see this dream,but some generation will.....If you believe it, spread the content, if you don't but want to mock it,go ahead, it doesn't change it's content, the mindset, the school of thought or bank account status of the few who believe it.

LESSONS I LEARNT FROM 3 DIFFERENT PERSONS I HAD AUDIENCE WITH(An elder brother/mentor figure, a celebrated executive governor of one of the states and a foreign based business giant who doesn't believe in the Almighty) IN A SPACE OF 3 WEEKS.
1. ON PARENTING: This elder brother figure/mentor invited me over to lunch at uptown. While @ lunch,he told me the story of his life,growing up from nothing and living wild on the streets.Going to school each day with a weapon because life was a jungle.It was "kill or be killed."He walked journey's "like" from Maitama to sun city lokogoma each day just to get to school. Bottomline,he said there's hardly any second or third generation wealth transfer in Nigeria,because most parents suffered so much and when they acquired things,they vowed never to allow their children have a taste of what they saw growing up.They provided every single thing and when they died,they passed on the billions to their children who never really knew what to do with it since their brains had been shut down from thinking,growing things to just managing things. Hence people that benefitted from the second generation transfer of wealth are basically managers who try to maintain things and not thinkers who have their minds challenged and open up to creative thinking.Hence,creative thinkers who were probably raised in the streets of life,encounter them, do business with them and get their wealth taken from them. In Nigeria,we have never really taught our children what we know, we only make sure they don't grow thru what we went through and that's the beginning of failure. Life is a jungle. It's only those that understand the streets of life in business that reign. We once heard of the Abiola's, the Dantatas, Adedoyins, Mai Deribe's etc.. Today its the Dangotes, Otedolas,Otudekos. For me, only time will tell if there was good parenting in business or the usual in Nigeria..Watch out for the Part 2 of this home video within a period of 10-15 years to know the results from their children
2. ON BUSINESS AND LIFE: A Governor envied by many and respected by me because of what he has accomplished in a very difficult state in this nation sent for me at a strange hour. Getting there(My first time of meeting him),I did a lot of listening.He spoke about many things and advised on focus.He said many many years ago,he tried to buy a landed property worth N14,000. He couldn't.He tried all he could but he could not.His salary was a few thousands and his wife earned more but they couldn't afford it. Years later,having grown in his field,he was able to acquire a property worth N200k easily. He hinted on patience,contentment, and integrity. Having once served a client in some capacity while the man was out of this country for many years;he brought full records of the man's business activities when he later returned to the country. N5.00 wasn't missing. Detailed records were provided. It shocked the man to his bones. Many many years later,the state needed a trustworthy governor who would account for public funds and do the job.His name came up from the same source.People will only INTRODUCE u,when they patronise,value and TRUST u. Hold your name and principles dearly he said.It's extremely rare. He added,never think anything that comes to your table with the label ' TOP SECRET' is actually top secret. Treat it as a regular mail and package. It passed through so many desks to get to you.Laugh and do your job openly..
3. ON GOD AND MINDSET: A foreign based business-man was given my number on getting into the country.We hooked up at his hotel. Basically,he felt the main problem with Nigeria is the God factor. He compared the nation to his base where they hardly talk much about God but everything works whereas,everything here is a God cover up. If we want to park the car,we say its by God's grace, we want to stroll to the gate,we mention God's grace to do it. I laughed hearing this. He added that churches and mosques are springing up everywhere but there are no science labs.If the roads are smooth and well done,we won't need to pray about a 20minute journey.Nigeria's problem is God, he said.You people don't think any longer and I refuse to believe in your God. He also added again that a Nigerian pastor went abroad and started a church and a close caucasian friend on his started attending the church. The pastor in preaching told the congregation, it's time for your blessing this year.God will get u your car,God will get u your house, God will........... The caucasian friend got a bit confused,so after service he asked to see the pastor.While talking to the man of God,the caucasian said, "Sir,I don't mean any disrespect but I'm a bit confused.You said God will get me a car. I'm wondering why God will do that when I can just go to the autoshop myself if I need a car and pay cash for it,or if I can't afford the full payment,I walk up to my bank and they get it for me.. Same with the house,why would God get me something I can do easily myself.. The pastor listened attentively and decided that his message would change since Nigeria is totally different from the US. Some of our testimonies are things the government of another nation has solved there. Bottomline,he said to me..'I like u but u all are too God centered here and your failures are being pushed to God to settle. Take responsibility...Now, many may look at this as an insult to their nation coming from some1 that doesn't believe in God but I chose to learn something different... You and I are the reason why many people do not believe there is an Almighty God. You are the Brand Endorsers or Brand Ambassadors of the Almighty. If people want to actually have a feel of the almighty,they need to look at us. Please note, the almighty isn't upset at those that don't believe he exists...NO WAY. He doesn't blame them. It's our fault. We are not a complete representation people will look at and say.."There is a God." For now,we have been consumers and not producers. Devourers of end products and not inventors... It's time to REBRAND.

1. Pouring urine into an electrolytic cell to separate the hydrogen.
2. The filtered hydrogen then goes into a water filter for purification where it is then pushed into a gas cylinder.
3. The gas cylinder pushes hydrogen into a cylinder of liquid borax in order to remove the moisture from the hydrogen gas.
4. The purified hydrogen gas is then pushed into the generator to provide power to the bulb.

-The angry fired employee who was dismissed due to lack of performance decides to set up his company and calls himself a consultant
-The extremely wealthy who are multi-billionaires/millionares in dollars, run away to get married with an invitation to 150,250,350 guests but the averagely wealthy who are millionaires in Naira but ACTUALLY "thousandniers" in pounds and dollars get married and want to have 500- 1000 persons present. Poverty is not lack of ability but the way of thinking in relation to a 5-10year foresight of your life.
-Groups rise up and swear to destroy other groups by going all length via the spread of information(both true and untrue) via all media avenues. Hence,they make the group they planned to discredit more popular,influencial and wealthy because controversy sells in this world we are in,

Some smiled and created the non verbal demand for money,others increased their greeting which in our country is also synonymous to a money request. Only 1 person shocked me by jogging after me and tapping my car. He said with emotion and focus," Pls, can I have a copy of your book. PLSSS." I was shocked but excited for him. My book isn't free,but I paid for Him.... Years ago,I came in touch with a security guard of a bank who was encouraged and empowered to push beyond his current status. In the year 2007,precisely 2years later,he became an employee of the bank.2009,he was promoted in an exceptional way and later made head of operations of another branch.. In life,we must learn to move from 'Ok' to 'Good;' from 'Good' to 'Great' and from 'Great' to a 'Legendary status.' It was OK for him to see himself as a security guard of a bank,it became a GOOD thing he could destroy all limiting factors and become a full recognized employee of the bank. It became a GREAT thing for him to rise to become Head of operations of the branch within 2years. Do NOT sleep around with some1 else's daughter cos some1 will sleep around with yours too
2. DO NOT keep telling us we are united and we are one in this nation via media and every other tool talking about unity; yet you voice out Power shift, rotation and Zoning for the Presidency. I thought we were ONE
3. DO NOT think the Almighty God is a Chrisian or Muslim. He's too big for such miopic thoughts of expression
4. DO NOT use an 'I'word, when referring to your business even if it's a one man bizness. People love to partner with or buy into a team and not an individual. Even as a one man Business, understand YOU are separate from the business so a 'we' term is appropriate.
