it is your bank that will resolve the issue not the POS outlet.

If you have a dispense error while using the ATM machine,where do you Lodge your complaint to? Your bank ofcourse. Same with Pos withdrawal

Hello House ,I went to a POS to make a withdrawal with my ATM , The POS outlets says there was a dispense Error ,I usually gets a Print outs but it indicated an error .I left to another POS outlet ,After I tried to withdraw at another outlet ,their Machine says insufficient finds ,I knew my money have been debited at the first POS ,So I just withdrew a smaller amount ,I went back to the first POS and they told me I should contact my bank ,When I checked my bank app I discovered the money is already in the POS Account but they insisted that they did not see the money ,I filled a dispense Error form online with GTB and they told me within 2 days the money will get back if the POS Bank responded and if not I have to fill another form...Pleas does anyone have an idea of whatelse I could do ? Has anyone Experienced this before ?

Welldone Doctor ,You are doing a good work sharing this information .However on the number 9 .I want to differ based on my Personal Experience.I was Married for many Years with No Child ,I had Low Sperm Count /Infections .
