There is no proper record keeping anywhere.. Not even the Police. When last did you see a 'Lap top' in a Police Station that wasnt 'evidence' in a case?!

To fight corruption, first we need to take a proper inventory of everybody in this country.. Proper record keeping. Proper Birth and Death certificates, biometric data, e.t.c.

How can a government properly pay for the WAEC fees of Students, when you dont even know how many students you have in these schools?!

How can you properly allocate budgets when you dont even know how many people you are catering to?

Just try and investigate this 'Opon Imo' tablet PC being handed out to students in Osun.. You will see how people are making money from the scheme..

I doubt they are real. I noticed that since I created a profile on their site I started receiving invite from the likes of GNLD which makes me suspect that they likely don't screen employers before advertising on their behave. Sometimes in a week I receive up to 5 different invites and when I Google it or search the company name on NL it would be fakes. Well, this is just my own experience.
Lets wait maybe we will see someone who has secured a job through jobberman.

I must confess , I'm really considering change my system OS completely from Windows to Ubuntu . Didn't know I have been wallowing in oblivion using Windows all my lifetime ...Ubuntu is the light at the end of the tunnel and I need shades cos the light is kinda too bright right now . Guys, what do you suggest? I use a DELL N4050, i3, 500HHD, 4GB ram, 1GB dedicated graphic card...how would this perform ubuntuly?

Two months now. I really fvcked up in my 1st interview and I'm regretting it. I pray another opportunity comes my way soonest. I'm just doing private tutoring collecting 15k for now to get some money for job search T-fare. Had to use my NYSC allawie on IT trainings and exams. So right now I have OCA but seriously in search of where to gather experience in IT...I've sent CVs to companies online and waiting for reply....still believing God always. It's true that dumps have been removed from our examcollection site. But if you downloaded the recent 1Z0-051 and 1Z0-052 dumps before it was removed then you are on a saver side cos it's still valid as of last week. I'm not sure of 1Z0-053 that's why I've not bothered paying for the exam. You can also ask your teacher at your center though you may have to pay for the dumps. I could send you the ones I used to prepare.

bigrovar: `I got a new work computer and decided to run xfce since am already running kde on my personal computer. I installed mint xfce 15 (which imho is the best xfce implementation around) after all said and done. Here is my setup .. (of cause extensive use of conky for the time and system information all made to blend with the wallpaper.)

I have to say having used kde for close to 5 years.. xfce is a refreshing change. This thing is fast and even though I changed the compositor for compton (which gives a tear free experience) and also have some non lightweight config installed. The laptop just uses 200MB on startup with rhythmbox playing.. and everything is fast. snappy and very clean. I embodies the unix philosophy of KISS (keep it simple stupid).. I do miss out lots of features from kde though.. things like nepomuk (for analytic and search function) and akonadi which allows seamless PIM integration with google calendar, mail and address book allow a 2 way sync btw my android and phone hence I won't be leaving kde anytime soon. but I hope to keep xfce around as an alternative desktop for when am off work and just need something to play around with.

NB If you are into web development (java script, php, css and database manipulation.. and won't mind working in a Linux environment and also happen to live in abuja or won't min d relocating.. give me a buzz @bigbrovar on twitter.

Mehn...I can't thank you enough. Downloaded VMware workstation and it just did everything automatically. It's the Ubuntu I'm using to post this at the moment. Gratitude guys.

I'm installing it on Oracle VM VBox. I got to the last stage to restart it and it ask that I remove the disc then press enter...it has not gone past this stage.

Please, I'm having issues here Ooo. After installing on VBox, it asked to restart and I clicked continue, it later says that I should remove the disk and press enter, now it's on VBox, sup with the disc. I pressed enter anyway and it's not responding sef. Now trying to start all over again, the VBox hangs after I click continue to restart. What's next please?

muyiscoi: Yeah, you should see a graphical interface. There are a number of things that could cause you not to see a graphical interface after installation. Too many to troubleshoot effectively. What I would advice you to do is ensure you are running the latest version virtual box (check on virtualbox.org) and also the latest version of Ubuntu (which is Ubuntu 13.04) and then repeat the installation. If you used VMWare for the first installation, try virtualbox this time around.

Which bit will work better on the VBox? My should it depend on my Host system cos it's running 64bits.

lolz...sowie bro if my sentence is offensive. I just asked so I can start using it there before I decide to install directly on my PC. BTW, I'm having challenge installing it. It finished installation but I was expecting to see a graphical interface as depicted on the site but all I see is the terminal console. So please, what's next?

I wrote the FBN test and still got this message this afternoon.

So I don't expect to be cut off at all.

Now, among those who wrote the FBN test who got d SMS, how many pple had difficulties submitting their test initially?

I, like many others in my Batch, had difficulties wt d submission. We had to wait for like 10 minutes before submitting and that was after clicking "SUBMIT" so many times. I hope the assessment test was not lost in the process and as a way of compensation for their own mistake are now calling us for another test.
