Price didn't even get to my SL price on Trading view, yet I was stopped out 😅.. These are the things that makes the business difficult. I don't get emotional about losses anymore but if you are a newbie BE PREPARED for all these things... They ll happen times without number

Unfortunately I was disqualified today. The 17% you saw yesterday was actually the equity and I left the position open overnight. I had a drawdown today during the CPI and due to the fact that tft uses equity based drawdown I violated the 5% daily drawdown rule.

darkpal, officialp you can do it.. you only need to cut your losses as short as possible.. I saw darkpal on 17% yesterday and I was happy.. only to check the leaderboard this evening and see him at 11%. I can't lie. I feel dissapointed coz you were almost there yesterday

I use mental stop. I only apply stoploss when a major news event is arnd d corner.

For AUDUSD, my mental stop is at 0.61284 based on timeframe and my analysis of what my eagle eye is seeing.

The reason is just that most men are more prone to taking risk that could damage them while most women are very cautious when it comes to taking of risk. You see men driving at 140 speed, find them doing the most dangerous things on earth. Woman knows there boundary... Most of them no dey pass 100 for speed when driving, and you won't find them taking unnecessary risk like men do ... They avoid very risky trades and trade the ones that comes with less risk, most men love big risk to show they are man enough... And that why thet ruin in trading

The person is not actually wicked cause he didn't mention weekends but holding trades overnight during the week and he has really saved me times without number that market reopening spread will take me out at breakeven or loss. I guess I need to develop a new formula for that of weekends.... I pray this one doesn't ruin me🙏

The damage has been done..Thank God it isn't too much for me to bear.. Its a Gap down to pick as many stop losses as they can. Another lesson learnt. Not leaving trades open over the weekend.... Started the week with 2% loss... Regardless.. Its gonna be a profitable week 👌

I found the advice. Can you see it's not act of wickedness but just trying to help cause he really understood what exactly I'm going through. And that advice has been very very helpful. Although next time I won't try that on weekends.

the best and infact only way to deal with weekend is to close your trade and reenter on monday 1hr after market open wen the spread becomes normal ... the market will not move that much from your initial price ...infact u will get a cheaper price sef...
and u avoid swap

but most importantly you avoid going back to ur village....

TFT thinkmarket vs mffx eight cap. See the wicked market closing spread on eightcap against that of TFT. Eightcap even stopped out some people putting the SL slightly below that Low.

Thanks to one of us here that provided me a way to deal with this nonsense when leaving trades overnight or over the weeknd.

He said " Remove SL when market is about closing and put it back some hours after market opening. I've forgotten the name of who game me the advice.. GOD BLESS YOU

Greed and overconfidence boss. I was on 100% winning rate after series of trades, the win rate got into my head so much that I forgot good Money management.

Risk Management is Key. Learnt in a bad way several times and I keep saying it won't repeat itself but it keeps repeating... Now I believe in that psychology of Unconscious will to fail

Heyah, I will avoid it forever just like I avoid GBPAUD😂. That pair too used my eyes see shege. I didn't know peace in trading until I leave GBPAUD. I lost 15 out of 15 of that foolish pair 😂😂
