I trade a live account chief and it's my thing to add to losing positions until stop loss proved my position wrong . The confidence isn't winning but making sure the risk I took won't wreck my account

Bro, look at the candle for last week which closed as a gravestone doji. The upper wick is indicative of selling pressure.
Interesting to note is that the particular week was preceeded by a "full bodied" bullish candle. One would have expected a rather strong bullish continuation but sellers said "no"

Now go to the daily time frame, you will notice that price has formed a degree two swing high. Any retracement into that 2-day bearish segment gives you an opportunity to take a one touch entry (OTE) to the sell side.

A close below 133.99 for today will seal the deal for bears. If this happens, get ready to party non-stop with bears for the next few days.

Thanks cheif. It's just my discipline, I don't take trades that will put me in a bad risk so I don't stop mysef out until stop loss does. The second buy limit just got triggered and it has catered for the little loss . My stoploss still not triggered yet

When I talk am cheif... Well I take profit at any strong resistant or support that might push price back to my entry. The only time I let trade run is when there is no significant resistant or support that might hinder my target. Todays market dey very tricky, news is coming by 3pm and I'm seeing both buy signal and sell signals on most of the pair I'm trading... Its 50/50

The fact that usd is weak doesn't makes me sell it off, Audusd is in a downtrend and despite how weak dollar is, I was selling and adding to loosing position, meanwhile I still buy Eurusd and both ended in profit. So we don't trade GU is up, EU must me up too....Correlation works but not 100%

Identifying the trend is the only challange I'm having now, my daily trendline is still pointing upward. I will cut loss and join sellers if anyone can convince me we are in a downtrend ... Getting ready for the new week. EU and GU still in a very strong Uptrend. I'm only taking the buy signals and ignoring the sells.

I found an ascending triangle on EU, waiting for a breakout, once the breakout is confirmed buy a heavy volume, I will buy and keep adding to losing position.

GU has failed to break a previous 2 days high(The horizontal blue lines). I'm waiting for a valid breakout and the market creating a new valid high, I will buy and keep adding to losing position.

Only taking this trades if the breakout is confirmed by heavy Volume . If there is a divergence between price and volume, I'm staying aways

Done for the week. Fridays are for chopping wotowoto . Thanks to EJ that saved me. The importance of keeping good R:R, 2 losses and I still ended up in profit. This week would have been the third week in a roll had it been I ended it with a loss. But thanks to God its a profitable week. Made times 2 of what I lost in the last 2 weeks just this week. Next week we go again.

Silver is a very lovely pair to trade.
One cent move in silver is equivalent to FIVE pips move in EURUSD or GBPUSD.

If silver moves from 26.25 to 26.30 this five cent move is actually like 25 pips move in GBPUSD. It is like having GBPUSD move from 1.2425 to 1.2450

So 0.01 lot size on silver is equivalent to 0.05 lot size on EURUSD or GBPUSD.

Thanks boss. The instant execution got me into instant -$160. Just imagine this kind loss just for opening a trade . Na why I fear am o. Although lesson learnt is to never use instant order on the pair. It ll be much better If a pending order got filled I think?

Honestly, it's painful sometimes when one lost such huge dolls.

I observed you are an aggressive trader. Your lot sizes are too high.

I will recommend you go for trades with relatively small spreads.

Except you trust your strategy, high lot sizes are good for account with 4 figures minimum.

Don't quit yet, but quit acts that may get you burn your account.

Took my profit 1 @ exactly your entry . I just set plenty pending orders on my demo and this is what I came to meet after work. I gambled with Xagusd, I placed a market order and I'm already on -$160 instantly due to the spread. It's f**c*ng expensive than Gold. I no go near am again for my life

The buy signal I found on both GU and EU is on a Daily Tf, I can't take entries using daily Tf with my small account. So I executed them on demo while waiting for lower Tf to give me entry to buy on my live account.

You only know how to trade if you trade a live account

Yeah. You are right. its is Highly Subjective

Someone posted few days ago that he/she will forget about using trendline that it doesn't work. But the truth is it's one of the things you should never joke with in this business. Just find other strategies to combine with the TL and you ll be glad.

Posted the EurUsd few days ago using the TL, despite the fact that price has touch the line and has been rejected to the upside doesn't make me to open a buy position instantly. We must look for a confirmation with the TL.
