Let's focus on our game and hope Messi and co turn up positively. CR7 netting 5 goals is also not a suprise. He did it last season too and won the Pichichi but Madrid ended up trophyless. Our mantle isn't for Messi to keep scoring everything (though we know he will score the most) but for the whole team to work together to achieve greatness like last season.

Nice one bruv. But I wasn't really concerned about the Madrid and Ronaldo game. I was just commenting about how teams face us as opposed to the way they do with Madrid.

Against Barca, they will start to form heroes, killing a lot of our chances by playing defensive.

That's one of the things people fail to realise. At the end of the day, Neymar scores tons of goals even with teams playing with parked buses, yet people go say na because him dey Barca. If Neymar is in Madrid where they dont experience parked buses, or in EPL where they leave acres of space, then he should be talking about scoring an average of 35 goals in the EPL alone.

As for Espanyol, they are idiots. Ronaldo did same in the penultimate game of last season, scored a hatrick. If na Barca now... lipsrsealed

I believe he would still have his chances. He did well last season, but has not been up to par this season thus far. I just dont wanna write him off just yet. I dont know if you knew Puyol in his early years, I would have to say he was worse, if not far worse. But he ended up a veteran right?

We shouldnt write him off just yet. He is still growing and gaining more experience.

I was having a chat with a friend recently, and I asked him why he hates Barca very much. He just couldn't come up with something reasonable as he was just blabbing. At the end he said and I quote; I no like una because una too sabi play ball. And una no dey allow una opponents play. cheesy

Now come to think of it, should that be a reason to hate Barca or to fall in love with Barca and football in general? I guess for our haters, the formal is the case here.
