You are very correct. That was the more reason why I used the phrase 'yet to be redeemed.'

For a redeemed melancholy, he tries to open up its feelings sometime, and other times try to let it slide. On a personal note, I have learnt to open up whenever something is up, but that depends on my disposition and who is involved. But in other cases, I would just let it slide and forget about it. I dont store up emotions overtime, but woe to that person that would wanna take advantage of that to display its stup1dity.

Silence is my weapon. I just like to keep people on their toes, not because I store up things, but because i want them to tread carefully.

Agreed! I am almost in the same boat as the Op, and I know I developed this over-time. I must say it was in a bid to protect myself. And regressing is very difficult.

Okay, i have to seek help i am tired of feeling so EMPTY!!!! A good look at me for the first time and you will think i am normal like other people but it is hardly true. I have never had a girlfriend because i dont like girls. I feel so angry around them and i just pretend to smile whereas inside me i am so bitter. I have an extraordinary charm that draws people to me and i am yet to find a person in real life that doesnt think i look very good!! People like me so much and care about me so much but i just pretend to like them back, i have no real emotional ties to anyone be it subtle or loud. Basically {I HATE PEOPLE}!!! I see girls and boys holding hands and kissing and making long calls to each other and it freaks me out because i dont get it, i have no clue why these male and female like each other. I like the sexual aspect of women of course but thats all i ever liked about girls. I dont know how i charm people but boy everyone wants to be around me for some strange reason that i will never know. If i walk past people they always stare at me. (Maybe they can see that im a freak in their emotions, if that even makes sense. i dont know i look normal tho). I have dated one girl in the past and after some time she fell inlove with me but as soon as that happend i started to ignore her and cut her off completely just because i didnt know how to connect with her feelings since i dont really feel anything. Wow! We are almost alike. Everyone wants to know me (ladies and gents alike) albeit I keep people at arm's length. They say I have a great charisma, and a great personality to go with that.

The difference between you and me is that, I do feel something whenever I am in a relationship with someone, and I really know how to connect to the person's heart. But then, its extremely hard to see a lady who could connect with my soul (like I had with 2 people in the distant past), although for some reasons that are being revealed in recent times, I think I can now trace why.

There is one thing I have always said; no one can hurt me. I mean, you hear people talking about heart-breaks and the likes and I wonder WTH! Of course people have hurt my feelings in the past, but that is just it. Not like people have not done some of the things people say brings about heartbreaks, but I guess I see things pretty differently.

I am a thinker, and frankly I have been thinking really hard lately. I think I might have discovered what the potential solution might be.

I think you too need to find that potential solution to hep ameliorate matters.

Is that how you see it? I think that would vary from temperament to temperament. But in most cases, the Scorpios I have come across are either melancholics or phlegmatics.

The green snake thingy is common with (yet-to-be-redeemed) melancholics. I am a melancholic guy myself, but not a green snake. But then, sometimes people misinterpret our line of action to be in the 'green-snake' region, while in reality it might not be. I am the kinda person that doesn't give the angry expression especially when you expect me to. This doesn't mean I pretend, but just a way of protecting myself in a pre-defined way.

So, at the end of the day I think the 'green-snake' thing is subjective. What do you think?
