naijadrivablog: Hello Mosbus, my car AC stopped chilling. The gas was refilled but after two days, it stopped chilling and the AC guy "topped" the gas.
Two days after, it is not chilling. The AC guy said the system is not leaking (at least to his eyes) and AC compressor is pumping fine.
Just some "oily" points on the connections to the condenser (see pix) So with this obvious leak, your AC guy still thinks otherwise |
Car Talk › Re: Toyota Highlander Showing A/T Oil Temperature by DMechyy: 7:07am On May 18, 2021 |
bluebella: Good Day.
My Toyota Highlander 2003 model is showing A/T oil Temperature on the dashboard. This makes the car not to start. I was driving and all of a sudden the car lost transmission and came to a halt. It just refused to start.
I want to know from experts before I call in the mechanics to check it.
The transmission oil is guaged. Engine oil is guaged Brake fluid is guaged Have you worked on your radiator lately?
Have your mechanic check if the hose from the transmission to the radiator is blocked or has been blocked or wrongly channeled.
Dirty and clogged transmission fluid can make the transmission heat up. |

How to get The part number of any car part. Stolen ECU as example
So Mr Chinedu owns a 2003 Corrolla, that had is brainbox stolen while he was chilling in a bar.
How will Mr Chinedu Get the right brainbox for his vehicle?
Here's how below
Every Vehicle has a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), more like an NIN for a vehicle. This identifies a particular vehicle and all her specifications. From Accessories, to Drive type, to systems equipped in her, to the right fitting parts.
So with a Vehicles VIN, you are certain you can always get the right part for your vehicle using a parts catalogue. There are online parts catalogues, most of them are free, some are not. They serve as good resource for finding the right part for your vehicle.
Nobody plans that their parts will get stolen, but in any event you find yourself in those scenarios, do not fret. Just follow this guide.
For Toyota's, Lexus and Scion.
Use Toyodiy.com
I will post snapshots of the process.
Here is the VIN : 1NXBR32E23Z143016 of our test vehicle |
