Hi,
Whenever I plug my Rock Zircon in my RN4X and platy any media, the volume will reduce to zero.
Even if I try to increase it, it will return to zero immediately. Please what's wrong?

Well, you can still switch your phone connection to EDGE, incase you are not satisfied with the way your data is drained, cause all these VPN are not battery friendly

I'm not sure RN4x supports Miracast, however you can get a MHL /mini HDMI adapter to interface between your phone and HDMI supported Projector.
