I applied for a visitor's visa two years ago and was denied. I'm attempting to apply for a student visa but am having difficulty finishing the application. I'm undecided about which option to select. Could someone please help me? Thanks

You need to start filling your ds-160 form and then get your ds-160 number before you then book an appointment. Even if you haven’t completed the ds-160 form you can still book an appointment just that you need to start filling the form to get that number because you will need the ds-160 number when booking an appointment.
