Hmmm, first pratice walking long distance, to know your endurance level, you need to burn some cholories for energy,

if you still get tired easily, try keeping at it, walking long distance

as for the heavy sleep try taking a little coffe before going to bed, it makes you sleep lightly,

but if it persist, visit your doctor, to run a general test

CaptainZubi:
For about 5 years now I've been battling extreme tiredness . Asides that I sleep alot most especially at afternoons. At night, nonce I sleep around 11pm and not going to work the next day, I can wake up by 10am or 11 am.

During afternoon and night sleeps, the sleep is usually very deep (REM phase or whatever you medics call it, please correct me) and usually characterized by heavy dreams.

Even during work, I'll always take the risk to create some time to have a little sleep. I've been battling this for about 5 years now. What could be wrong.

Ok sir, I surrender

TheGoodJoe:
How is that lame? Saying lame does not give your point weight.

Will I come here writing Fernandinho should cut some of his rough tackles? It holds no relevance.

This was about a good shift put by Zaidu Sanusi but I found his repeated rash tackles on Foden displeasing and I hope he cuts it.

I wonder why it is pinching some people.
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by do4luv14(m): 3:44pm On Dec 02, 2020
Cos theirs is no different from Sanusi's, Even worst than Zaidu's,

while Sanusi's was against a player trying to run rings on his wing, that of Fernandinho and Rodri, was flying left and right,

so your using cos Zaidu is a SE play is lame

TheGoodJoe:
I will never support a City player playing recklessly.

If Fernandinho or Rodri make violent plays, does not make it right to do the same.

Zaidu Sanusi is a Super Eagles player and for someone who watched the game, I made a point of something he should change.

Why should I bring Rodri and Fernandinho into the discussion?
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by do4luv14(m): 2:46pm On Dec 02, 2020

I will never support any City player making a malicious tackle. What is wrong is wrong, no matter what Jersey or flag the person represents.

So the once city had been doing, even in BPL games is not melicious rught?

Is it cause it was against a city player or what,

bottomline is that A tackle issa Tackle, and ah Tackle period

TheGoodJoe:
What you are saying that as long as there is no injury to the player, then the move is not malicious.

Look at the picture below. That was a malicious tackle by Puncheon, which he actually planned to injure De Bruyne but De Bruyne completed the match without injury.

Are you saying because De Bruyne did not injure, the tackle by Puncheon was not malicious?
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by do4luv14(m): 1:09pm On Dec 02, 2020
You dont get it do you?

There is a difference between violence and rough playing,
if we go by your word, then Foden should had leave the pitch with a broken leg or serious injury

so there is nothing to talk there

TheGoodJoe:
A player does not need to be violent to make an effective foul, especially when it was unnecessary. Actually Zaidu Sanusi was lucky not to get booked. Marega got booked and was taking off by the manager.

Zaidu Sanusi can make an excellent defender without violent tackles.
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by do4luv14(m): 10:04am On Dec 02, 2020
What point? That Sanusi should had gone easy on Foden?

And when Foden start doing the demages, while he go easy on it?

Thing is he had no point

chuks404:
. Anyway i see your point.
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by do4luv14(m): 10:00am On Dec 02, 2020
Hmmm you surprised me with those your comments on Sanusi and Foden

going rough here and there, while performing your duty is part of the Game, the main purpose is to discourage ya attack for coming at you, at will, and the drag his confident level down,

or you want him to go easy on Foden, to give Foden more confidence to come at him right?

You should be glad, Foden keep his cool, cos, if he dont, and lash out at Sanusi, he could get a red, and city might had loss that game

TheGoodJoe:
Zaidu Sanusi played very well. That is not what I am talking about. He defended well. I think he had a brilliant goal line interception of Sterling's shot which the commentator praised his reading of the place Sterling was to shoot to.

My problem was violent plays that were unnecessary.
