Lakeside79: I'd wager a fortune you've never been fortunate enough to visualize the four walls of a classroom. You sound daft. Kanu always maintained that Biafra transcends the boundaries of Igboland and Igboland transcends the political construction called South east. I've educated you enough more than you can pay for. So I'll stop here lest you infect me your crass idiocy and nincompoopery. 1 Like |

Ritchiee: yorubas were named by the abookis, there is no record of the word 'yoruba' in yoruba history unlike Igbo that had Igbokwe, OkadIgbo, yoruba simply adopted a slave name given to them like dogs by the mallams. yoruba were also clothed by the abokkis (agbada was borrowed from babariga) who borrowed same from Arabian merchants unlike yorubas Isiagu, Akwa oche, Ogudo are all Igbo indigenous clothings yorubas can't say the same. |

Even though I don't support the act but some of this Chinese can be very greedy. You buy from them in their country, spend money ship your goods yet they come down to compete with you at the retail level in your country. Na wetin? Few years ago, some Chinese merchants were on the streets of Nnewi and Onitsha hawking Phones and destroying businesses of indigenous Importers and retailers. Na SARS officials settle that matter. They all ran away and concentrated on hawking phones in Lagos, spoiling business for lagos retailers and remitting the money back to china till today. Chinko and greed. 4 Likes

Amalekki: He said the truth are you pained? Anambra guber had only 21% compliance according to INEC record, 79% of voters refused to vote because IPOB gave orders. The only saving grace of career politicians that day was the simple majority rule that does not prescribe any percentage of voters compliance before results can be declared. lastempero: The descendants of Aros are in every Igbo state. There are indigenous Aros in Rivers (Aro Ikwerre), Imo, Abia, Enugu, Delta, Anambra. In the olden days Aros where paid mercenary fighters who were contracted to fight during clashes between communities. The Otolo people of Nnewi paid Aros to fight against surrounding neighbours like Awka Etiti, Nnobi, Nnewichi. Some of these Aros later settled within these communuties they fought for till today. |

kolawoleibukun: I think you should keep your yoruba mouth shut and stop confusing yourself. If not for the spirit of Self-reliance and self-actualization of Igbos, Igboland would have been filled with beggars, destitutes like you have in oshogbo, Ibadan, ogbomosho illorin and you Yorubas and your gambari masters would have made Igbos an object of ridicule. Almost all projects in Igboland are built by individuals and self-helping communities. There is a reason God punished you with the affliction of having the highest prevalence of beggars, skull miners and destitutes from molete to Ijebu ode with signature brown roofs all over. Keep calm and ruminate on this. Without the rest of nigeria and their resources Lagos will still be at par with semi-rural Ijebu ode and sagamu. You are not qualified to insult the Igbo from your leaky mud hut in Bere, Ibadan. Step up first. 1 Like |
