Now how do I mean.... In d real world especially in Nigeria I believe automobile dealers has some unique identity and unions that ascertain their credibility and effectiveness in the business...now hitting the nail on the head... When re-registerin this car dealer.. After asking for name, age, email address as usual... I think we should be more skeptical by telling them to upload some documents and identity associated with some federal automobile agencies.. Then the Mods can check for authentication and authorization before the dealer would be given every right to advertise his or her car on NL. At least it would help go a long way to an extent.... This is a very expensive advice which am dishing out to NL free of charge..... Seun this is your business, you alone know how you started it from the scratch... When I came to Abuja newly,my cousin used to drive me around a lot cos I didn't know d roads well,and I must confess, I smoke cigarettes.So,when we come to a checkpoint, I'd be trying to off my cigarette,but he'll tell me, "smoke ya cigar,this is Abuja,U have not committed any offence, they don't know who is who here,so they strictly do only what is their job".
That being that he grew up in d east where every1 is used to unnecessary police harassment.
Policemen do all those nonsense in those other places cos ppl don't challenge them for that and they also know they'll most likely get away wt it.

If U have been seeing brown stones in d one U have then U are simply unlucky.
The milling process quality has gone up a lot cos d ones I eat,d only thing to contend wt is a few chaff,which easily comes to d top once U put d rice in a bowl and add water and U will simply decant d water and d chaff.
Honestly, I've not encountered stones in a long while.
Oh,I now remember we used to pay a little extra,like 50bucks abi 100 for d rice to undergo d de-stoning process twice,maybe that's why I never encountered stone in mine.A commercial dealer might not wanna do that,to save costs,U know.

That mill is where most of d farmers gather to process their produce,as per milling,de-stoning,bagging and sometimes storage.
They mostly do d parboiling at home though some do that in that same rice mill.
So it follows that d prices will be cheapest there,though there are other smaller clusters of rice mills all over d state,but I assume it will be cheapest in that rice mill and U also have d advantage of having a wide variety to chose from
