What people don't understand is that, no matter what you say about Oshiomole, he won his LG for APC and also won his senatorial district for APC. Size Iyamu lost his LG and Senatorial district to PDP. And its amusing some people still say Oshiomole is irrelevant. The only APC senator from Edo state is from Oshiomole senatorial district. I believe that almost all higher institutions in Nigeria(both universities and polytechnics) engage in sorting. But some institutions are notorious in this shameful act. I graduated from OAU and at no time did any lecturer told Us to pay money to pass. Even no textbook or handout was sold to us. However, some lecturers in social sciences in OAU back then are notorious in sex for marks. But at least, those doing this are less than 2% of the entire lecturers. Meanwhile of you go to the likes of OOU, Lead city University, Igbinedion, etc, this act is prevalent. In my office, some corpers and IT students are being posted to my office and you wouldn't but cry for the future of this country. Some of these Corpers can barely write their names, not to talk of writing a sentence. Its that terrible.

Didn't Jonathan betray northern politicians too when he eventually promised them not to contest for second term in 2015. Go get a book written by Segun Adeniyi titled 'against the run of play: how a sitting president was defeated..... Jonathan was and is a betrayer per excellence. PDP constitution was twisted and changed for him to contest in 2012. Same PDP constitution was amended to pave way for Jonathan to run unopposed in 2015.
