again, she did change of name after marriage, is their any document to send due to this. because her transcript will bear her median name and here registration nameon vetassess will bear her name after marriage.

I don't think you can assess for an Actuary. For you to get a positive response from vetassess, you must have between 1 - 3 years experience in the last 3 years as an Actuary.
