Some persons talk about testing people rather than arresting them.do u really understand the need to run a test on people for covid-19.
They have to be symptomatic..ie showing some symptoms
He issued a curfew restricting movement but prior to that have some days for people to prepare for it.
U know vividly well that not everyone would obey the rules...

I think he wants to set example with defaulters for some who may want to disobey the command.

I am indeed puzzled when I see people succumb to the temptations of the devil and doubt in the existence of God.
I once questioned the origin of God,so fiercely to d point I almost concluded that there is no God.
Then I came to see the truth that most atheists couldn't see.
Atheists generally do not believe in the supernatural,they foolishly support their false doctrine with the idea that people who did believe where psychologically unstable.
But for God to clerify my doubt,he made me stumble on some videos of the famous magician Dynamo and others who were satanists ND proud of the fact that they had sold their souls to d the devil.(I suggest u Google this guy's name to see his videos)
I became utterly bewildered(completely confused).
Then I asked myself,since it appears from all possible indications that there is someone who has encountered the devil and obtained powers from him which I could see with my own eyes that he uses to make things that are naturally impossible possible,why do I still doubt that there is no God when there is a devil.
Also a sect of persons identify themselves as satanists and worship the devil,and they too believe in d existence of God.
It would certainly be the highest of stupidity to doubt that there is no God.
Science has proven that the sun is just one among the uncountable stars in space yet nine planets orbit this one sun,how big then is the universe,but most importantly how come these heavely bodies
Science also proved that the mass of the sun is 332,900 times that of the earth.
But what annoys me so much is that we believe we can understand and explain all things.
