The way the referees are giving North Africans underserved penalties in this AFCON ehn, they're the favourites to win the tournament.

Yes it happens as far back as my youth service days. Some corpers posted to schools will ask to be rejected so they can either apply for redeployment or go and work elsewhere. Some of them end up becoming local government workers and do next to nothing till they pass out

How many matches did the coach play him for the world cup qualifiers? Eric Chelle has shown that prefers mid table south African league keeper to him so you can't expect him to leave his club where's he's a starter to come and sit in the bench for AFCON

Okoye was not dropped by the coach, he dropped himself out because he wants to retain his spot in his club. Not that I blame him, he would have been benched by this overrated Nwabali. He was benched all through the qualifiers

Eric should play Uzoho for the next match against Uganda, we're as good as qualified anyways. He's doing well in his Cyprus league and also in the conference league where he made TOTW twice. He deserves a chance to prove himself in this tournament

Nollywood actress and producer, Allwell Ademola, has reportedly died, entertainment sources said on Saturday.

Ademola, 43, is said to have suffered a heart attack at her residence before she was taken to hospital, according to reports circulating within the film community.

Fellow actress, Faithia Williams, took to Instagram to share her reaction to news of Ademola’s passing, writing, “Haaaa. This hit me so bad. Eniobanke. Allahu Akbar..Allwell”

Also reacting, popular actress Mide Martins posted a photo of Ademola on Facebook, writing,

“BLACK SATURDAY……This is not fair😭 May God forgive your shortcomings Allwell😭😭😭”

Actress, Bidemi Kosoko, expressed disbelief at the reports, saying: “No way. No, no,, no. Ko possible ooo. This isn’t true. God forbid, in Jesus’ name.

“I refuse to accept this one Lai Lai God forbid. Olorun oni je. Just reply to my message, abeg Oremi/ aunty mi. I will wait patiently for your reply.”

Tributes have begun pouring in on social media as colleagues and fans react to the news.

Nothing stopping him from playing Norgaard in CDM instead of Merino. That guy always deliver whenever he's played but for some reason, Arteta doesn't think he's good enough to start league games undecided

I don't think Timber is injured, Arteta wants to manage his workload since he's the only RB option we have at the moment. Him getting injured at this moment would be disastrous but Zubimendi as his replacement though? The workload on him getting too much, someone that's not used to playing through the holidays. I hope Arteta does not run him down
