This guy said that the police commandered his friend's car and used it to block the kidnappers. He said that the kidnappers shot at his friend's car and riddled it with bullets. He said that his friend was in the car when it happened and that nobody has compensated his friend for the damage to his car.

These are salient questions to ask to ascertain how the killer(s) were able to move the body.

The body was wrapped for concealment.

When was the last time the victim was seen or contacted ?

From the state of the corpse , one can easily estimate the time of death.

How is the state of the wrappings ? If it's looking fresh and relatively unsoiled one can determine that the victim was killed and stored for days before being wrapped and moved to the dumping site.

Why did the killers choose the site ?

The killer(s) would have dumped that body in the dead of the night and moved it using a vehicle as it will be too risky in such a school environment to drag the body without being noticed by students and security alike.

That puts our perpetrator as some one who is mobile.

If her body was dumped near the boy's hostel, then the boys in the school are most likely the culprits. If the body is severely decomposed, I'm afraid, they may not be able to ascertain the cause of death. It's someone who wrapped her up and dumped her body there a long time ago... The odor probably caught the attention of passersby. May her soul rest in peace. A wicked world.

The victim must have been killed some days back at another location and the body moved to the site recently.
