Yes it can serve as WiFi Hotspot for any network. Just put the micro sim card in it and configure the apn. Networks like mtn and etisalat's are auto-configured upon insertion while Glo and airtel need manual configuration.

Once u put your data enabled sim, just connect to the device via WiFi and browse away.

You can connect up to 20 devices simultaneously
