RESPONSIBILITIES



n Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives

n Devise strategies to increase market share and distribution

n Manage trade and institutional relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

n Review sales targets for the company’s product lines

n Liaise with related teams to ensure that sales orders are serviced promptly

n Assume responsibility for all sales activities and prepare consolidated performance reports on product lines required for making business decisions

n Devise appropriate distribution strategies plans



EXPERIENCE

n Minimum of 6 years experience in a Sales role,(ideally 3 in a managerial role, 3 in middle management) in a core FMCG industry - preferable in a multi-national environment

n Familiarity with effective contemporary sales and marketing practices

n Knowledge of the South-South and South East markets will be an advantage



EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

n Oversees logistics planning, port operations and inventory control functions in support of the activities of all operating units within the logistics function

n Drive the process for vendor sourcing as it relates to Logistics

n Has responsibility for managing key relationships at the ports

n Forecast resource requirements and line personnel re-allocations based upon changing dynamics of the business

n Coordinator of sequence of resources to carry out the company business

n Tracking and reporting manpower and equipment usage

n Perform regular documentation audits in field location/offices to ensure that documents in the field are up to date
