first of all,i would like to thank my big brothers,borderline & george,for helping in restoring my posting privilidges that was wrongly withdrawn. what exactly happened was that,when i posted seeking help on installtn,i found out it was deleted immedtly.i thought it was an error,so i re-posted until i was flagged by the spam ban. As for the installatn itself,it went fine.with the help of an expert,we were able to install the two dishes.once again,thanks to borderline,george &pofolo.

SOS TO THE HOUSE:: i greet everyone this new year. i am in dear need of your assistance urgently.my associate has just dis-assemble his two 60cm dish he used for pas7/10 & nss7ku.he wants to relocate to ew3a & astra 2b for the nations cup &worldcup.& i have offered to help him install them.but when the moment came,i was totally confused.but both of us are determined to do it ourselves.i only know how to input freq.,blindscan,&other in-house works. so,i need practical answers to the following problem to enable us complete the installation b4 the nations cup begin
1. THE TWO MOUNTING POLES HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY REMOVED, SO HOW DO I START MOUNTING THE POLES AGAIN CONSIDERING THE ELEVATIONS OF EW3A & ASTRA 2B ARE DIFFERENT FROM PAS7/10,&NSS7KU?
2. WHEN THAT IS DONE,HOW DO I NOW TRACK WHEN THE DISH IS STILL LOOSE & HOW SHOULD THE LNB BE POSITIONED FOR THE TWO BIRDS ?
3. FINALLY,WHEN I HAVE GOTTEN THE TWO POSITIONS,HOW DO I TIGHTEN TO MAKE SURE THE POSITION HASN'T SHIFTED?
i know i'm asking for a lot & that is why i beg you to pardon any percieved excesses on my part,but i will be forever be grateful if you can assist me with my first real installation coming at this crucial nations cup period.thanks in anticipation.GOD BLESS!

Okay,but i have the same problem of bad signal as HOPITINTO and BODERLINE.pls how would you advise i proceed with respect to retracking the arc with the jack? My CRTV ,DSTV,HITV on ASTRA,EUTELSAT W4 are all at 93percent strength. so would you still say my dish has shifted? thanks

I av heard you & other members advising that one may need to re-track the 'arc' of a satelite.pls sirs,what is this arc,how is it so important to signal quality,how do i get about re-tracking the arc & when do i know i'm on arc.pls i need a step by step guide to do this because i avn't touched my dish eversince it was installed & i need to start to do it myself. expecting your respönses

I am very much happy to have finally joined this great forum.I have been following the professional instructions you & other members give out & i will say that,thanks to all of you,i can input tp's & track stations from inside my house by simply motorising & positioning where i hit green,
