Reading that thread brought a bitter memory to me and I just let it slide from my brain before I start crying.
Donny”s story is closely related to mine - the love, efforts invested in the relationship,money, time and the promise gotten back by my lady to always love me, never to do anything that will hurt me, promised never to leave me for another man, promised me nobody else will see her unclothedness again till she dies except me. I was feeling like the luckiest man in the world, as if other men complaining about relationship or women are just unfortunate and are not lucky enough to get their real Half etc.
I built my life and wall all around her and our future, to me I thought everything is for better for worse, in riches or hunger.
I never knew I was on my own. When she started messing up - banged her cousin during IT, banged 2 more guys in school during her HND days while I was busy placing her on monthly allowances, bought her laptop etc.
I nearly died bro, I nearly died - I almost had cardiac arrest, my chest was always heavy and couldn’t breath very well, I was dying while my suppose gf was busy banging. Nairaland didn’t even helped matters, it was when I mistaking got to know nairaland and regular threads were being opened by guys who had been heartbroken by their gfs - virtually similar to mine as if I was the one they were talking about.
