Thanks for your questions, that means you show concern. Honestly I don't know if I have retroverted uterus . you described the pain just exactly how I always feel it. I don't feel pain when having sex . Thank you so much

d position of your uterus can be seen thru ultrasound scan.
as for d pain I was watching a woman who is trained in avigo massage talking about retroverted uterus n how it relates to painful ovulation and all d symptoms we feel in d 2nd half of menstrual cycle.

She said during d cycle as d uterine lining thickens after ovulation it translates to d uterus weighing more. If u have anteverted d uterus wil rest on ur bladder n giv u more of tummy fullness n frequent urination.
if u had retroverted as d uterus weighs more it leans on ur rectum therfore causing pressure translating to constipation, pain, even gas.
also if retroverted it causing more stretching to the ligaments supporting the uterus.

Basically she was trying to teach how d position of d uterus can b responsible for some symptoms dat we dont relate to during the menstrual cycle. She also talked about self fertility massage n such.

Hi beautiful mummies, please I have been having this pain on my lower left(a times right)abdomen since. Though not every time but I notice it mostly 2 weeks after my period which make me think it may be ovulation pain. But this pain is severe, it will start from my left side lower abdomen and move to my bowel. I want to know if it is normal. I have been trying for second child since 5years ago. I have done all kind of test like hsg,hormone profile, follicle tracking,infection and everything came out fine except the infection. I treated that with DH and since then we've been trying for second baby

Sabi mama, please where did you get the castor oil massage done and does any mama know where it can be done in Abuja. Abeg make una no waka pass my questions biko.

google castor oil pack. U buy d materials which includes castor oil, hot water bottle, cotton flanel and do it yourself after af til just b4 ovulation.
U fill d bottle with hot water, soak d flannel with castor oil, place it on ur lower abdomen n cover with nylon.
Then place d water bottle with moderate temperature on ur lower belly for 30mins or more while u meditate or read a novel. After each session u can massage ur lower abdomen gently if u know how to or u can get a massage done by a professional.

personally I don't use nylon to insulate. I jus apply plenty castor oil on my lowet belly, place d cotton flannel or old cotton singlet n place d water bottle

Who knows d English or botanical name of this fruit.
Its called mbeembe in ibo n currently in season now. Has a thin back n thin dark pulp with seed inside. Its not too sweet but has a bitter after taste which lasts few minutes.
