We are in the same boat. Have you been able to apply for the second time ? If yes, how did you go about it? Looking forward to your response

I applied last year and it was online, But I made a new choice this year and would like to apply separately but I've gone to the website and looked everywhere it seems the portal is locked on the Successful Status of the last application without provision to start a new Transcript Application.

* Is this a bug on their website?
* Do I have to go to Uniben physically?
* If I have to go physically, what do I do when I get to Uniben?

I'm truly lost.
