Phones / Unlock Your Nokia Phone With Just A Usb Cable by doncaprio(m): 2:10pm On Jul 18, 2011
Perhaps you changed your Nokia phone security code in a hurry and forgot the next time you're to use the phone. It might even be that someone else did or you might just decide to read someone else's phone security code, just for fun smiley Whatever the case may be, this tutorial explains how to read a Nokia phone existing security code without necessarily changing it back to the default 12345 or flashing the phone.

[ANT] Simple is a tiny program that reads the security code of any Nokia phone that supports USB connection mode.

1. Downoad [ANT] Simple

2. If you have Nokia PC Suite running, be sure to close it by exiting from the taskbar icon.

2. Extract [ANT] Simple ] and run Simple.exe located in the folder

4. Connect the phone vis USB to the computer

4. On the MAIN tab, click on GET. Your phone IMEI number and model should be displayed on the bottom panel as shown below

5. Now click on the SERVICE tab and click on GET button under USER CODE

6. Your security code should now be displayed on the right side of the application window.

I could've attached the software but NL attachment limit won't let me.
Download the software from hotfile

Phones / Re: Some Useful Nokia Codes & How To Format/Reset Ur Phone by doncaprio(m): 4:34pm On Jan 19, 2010
A lot of things can go wrong with your Nokia symbian phone, virus attack, an incompatible or corrupt application, you might even want to reset and format the phone to optimize its performance. You should know of course that all your data will be lost, and its advisable to make a back up before you go ahead.
The first way requires you to know the security code. All you need to do is press *#7370#, enter your security code and your phone restarts. That's it.
Now let's assume you can't remember your security code and need to reset your phone badly.
-switch off your phone
-press * + 3 + send button + power button at once
S60 and S60V2 phones will display formatting but S60V3 phones will not. You might need to repeat the steps if your phone is powered on and it's still very much the same. Be sure to press all four buttons at once.

S60V3 requires formatting the mass memory when you reset the phone as you wont see your installed applications and your phone will try to install the applications back without success.

This is for those who do not know it, so you dont need to say nothing if you already do.

SOME OF THESE CODES MIGHT NOT WORK FOR YOUR PHONE CUZ SOME WORK WITH S60 PHONES ONLY AND SOME FOR S60V3.

On the main screen type in
*#06# for checking the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity).
*#7780# reset to factory settings.
*#67705646# This will clear the LCD display(operator logo).
*#0000# To view software version.
*#2820# Bluetooth device address.
*#746025625# Sim clock allowed status.
#pw+1234567890+1# Shows if sim have restrictions.
*#92702689# - takes you to a secret menu where you may find some of the information below:
1. Displays Serial Number.
2. Displays the Month and Year of Manufacture
3. Displays (if there) the date where the phone was purchased (MMYY)
4. Displays the date of the last repair - if found (0000)
5. Shows life timer of phone (time passes since last start)

*#3370# - Enhanced Full Rate Codec (EFR) activation. Increase signal strength, better signal reception. It also help if u want to use GPRS and the service is not responding or too slow. Phone battery will drain faster though.
*#3370* - (EFR) deactivation. Phone will automatically restart. Increase battery life by 30% because phone receives less signal from network.
*#4720# - Half Rate Codec activation.
*#4720* - Half Rate Codec deactivation. The phone will automatically restart
If you forgot wallet code for Nokia S60 phone, use this code reset: *#7370925538#
Note, your data in the wallet will be erased. Phone will ask you the lock code. Default lock code is: 12345
Press *#3925538# to delete the contents and code of wallet.

seriously, there's no such thing as internet anonymity.

human beings designed the internet, computers and anything that goes on them.

the web is also heavily monitored- hidden fact.

An IP address (Internet Protocol Address) is similar to your home address in that it identifies your system's physical location. Everyone who is connected to the Internet has a unique IP address that allows information to be sent directly to her/his own personal computer. Unfortunately, about 99% of hacking attacks uses the victim's IP address to monitor or steal personal information that can be used in identity theft.
Conceal your identity on the Internet. Surf anonymously, prevent hackers from acquiring your IP address. Keeping your privacy is simple and,

Walking around the internet with your backside uncovered is a very dangerous thing to do. You are putting yourself, your finances, your privacy and everything dear to you at risk.

There are millions of anonymous proxies on the internet to protect your privacy all for free. Proxies and anonymity softwares are meant to give nobody else but you privacy and freedom.

Some of these services are paid but there are also very good ones that will effectively hide you and give you some freedom especially if you are experiencing heavy internet censorship.

-Freegate
-Ultrasurf
-Your Freedom
-JAP
-Gtunnel
-Gpass
-Tor

These are some of the softwares I do use use and the good news is they are free!

Now talking of proxies, google can pour out proxy sites like a flowing river but the truth is that most of these proxies are 'dead.' You need to check your proxies before keying them in your browsers. You can use any of the online proxy checker sites to do this.
Alternatively, get a powerful free proxy tool like proxyway to download and test proxies automatically.

Internet anti-censorship and privacy intrusion will never be a problem to you only if you find a way to put yourself under cover. Getting your online accounts hacked will never be a problem if you find a way to properly cover your tracks.

So be wise and protect your privacy from intruders.

Your anonymity, privacy and security on the internet is of paramount importance, something you should keep right in front (not at the back) of your mind everytime you are online.

How would you feel if you woke up one day to find out that:

1. You have just one dollar left on your credit card because someone else hacked it and spent it all?
2. You can not access your email anymore because someone unlawfully gained access and changed your password?
3. Someone decides to test run a new deadly virus he created by infecting your pc while you were probably chatting online?
4. Your employer just blocked some sites you can't help but visit everyday?
5. The most private part of your life which you would go any length to protect is on the world wide web?

Real bad, I guess. That is why you must never compromise your online privacy. Eyes are watching on the net. Some sites keep a track of what you've been doing online by unlawfully gaining access to your computer and eventually getting to know your interest. What happens next? Spam mails!

Yes, we all love the internet. I prefer to call the internet the ultimate human feat of all time which will forever change the way we live. Reaching out to the whole world, having fun, looking over your business and making money while sitting in the corner of your bedroom is a wonderful thing, isn't it?

But I need to ask you a question: Did you know that there are villains online? People who would go to any length to damage you and everything you've worked so hard for? People who would step on anybody's toe to get what they want? Most internet users have absolutely no idea how much information can be retrieved about their offline and online activities from their computers. Some even do not know that every single bit of content on their computer can be accessed remotely.

If you think I'm paranoid then this is not for you. The internet is like one big street and being unanonymous is like walking down the street unclothed; it's like counting your money right in front of a thief; it's like a provocatively dressed girl hanging out with a rapist, the comparision goes on and on,

These are cool notepad pranks witten in Microsoft Visual Basic, not some scary deadly virus, grin

I stumbled across this stuff somewhere on d net and i thought i'd be a great idea to share wit u guys, create any of these files and try them out on your pc and see what i'm saying, or send it to your friends via e-mail. Doing this is fun, hehehe, Re-starting your computer cancels the effect unless you add the start-up code which I wont post here.
