A white man comes to Nigeria, gets badly treated by some people, goes back to his country and tells people not to ever visit Nigeria because they are not humans.
That is the type of stereotyping I see in this write-up.
Much as I sympathize with the lady’s experience, I dare say she is not the first to have carried out such an act. Even if she never plans to go back there, it is wrong of her to try scaring away people who may planning to do similar thing. Better to advise on the side of caution than trying to paint a whole community black.
If I frown at other nationalities painting Nigeria black because of the activities of a few people, I should not be smiling when people paint a community, state or tribe black because of the activities of a few unscrupulous individuals.
