Elon musk is also the CEO of Space X, a company into the production of reusable rockets. He also inspired a new means of transportation called Hyperloop which make you travel at an incredible speed. From LA to San Francisco in Just 30 minutes. I am a fan of this guy, originally from South Africa but now a US citizen. He is changing the world. Latest projects include the boring company which promises to build super high ways underground. Very crazy idea. I find it difficult to understand his thought process. The electric cars he makes also drive themselves with state of the art self driving technology. Too many innovations to mention.

OP is willing to help the low income earners achieve their aim of owning a house. He can choose to charge any amount, infact he can choose to do it free and that doesn't in any way undermine his profession. She knew very well that she cannot afford 500k and would be remanded in prison custody where she will remain under the watchful eyes of the prison warden and fellow inmates. Should she be granted a cheap bail, what is the guarantee that she will not turn up dead by morning?

Most times for new products like this, you have to invest in rigorous marketing and if possible free practical training for tilers on how to use it. Gradually demand and sales will pick up and the money will start flowing and before the copy cats get hold of the technology, you would have made your money.

My brother has been stuck in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka for almost 3 years now doing Msc. He completed his project early enough but because of lazy lecturers, he has been waiting for final defense for over a year now. I hate that place. We have spent so much money yet nothing to show for it. It is advisable to do a PG program in a University with a defined Academic calendar like University of Ibadan
