My theory is based on this order:

*while in secondary school, they believe he's in a tertiary institution.

*while in tertiary institution, they yet again believe he's rounding up nysc or already a graduate trainee.

*while in their service year, they think he's somewhere in the country, with 2-3 years of working experience but yet to locate them.

*while they are graduate trainees, they still think he's in his late 20s or early 30s and fully ready to pop the question as soon as he locates her.

*while in their late 20s, with 3 years working experiences, they probably believe he's somewhere within and probably he's a matured guy who happens to start life late and just starting out as a graduate trainee or some other entry-level job.

*the wild goose chase continues.

*vicious cycle that is hard to break go on and on.

Wouldn't you agree?
