You should have defined the flavour of relationship your "proof" has after marriage.

That you were involved sexually with someone does not mean the relationship must remain sexual in nature come what may; that would be a lie and is not acceptable.

My proves moved from formication to Adultery.
In some cases sexual relationships could end but not in all and where it seems to have ended, the possibility of reignition remains very high.
