nateevs:I am shocked that a chelsea fan would seriously ask why conte didn't get his tactics?? That's pure naivety or lack of information. |
Greatihex:If you SINCERELY believe that chelsea can win the title this season, I think you should wake up from that dream. As it stands, this squad can only dream of the 4th position. Anything above that, defies logic and is a miracle. |
Greatihex:Calm down!! Its a gradual process. |
bigkesh:We have seen these type of scenarios before. Patrick bamford was the best player in the championship 2/3 seasons ago, he scored about 28 goals but when he was loaned to a premiere league club, what happened Till now he has been unable to push for a starting berth at Burnley.. So its not about shining in league3. Its about being able to adapt quickly. |
This international break always pisses me off ![]() |
Lana1:Striker. 343 dey use 3 strikers, 2 midfielders, 2 fullbacks and 3 center backs |

My GOD!!!! those girls are something else.. See how they were just suffocating the poor guy!! This is shocking!!! Its obvious they were 3(camera girl). So he simply couldn't do anything. |
SlaughterGang:I was actually thinking it will be mancity, considering the quality and quantity of squad they have. |
SlaughterGang:At least we are more successful than man united in the 21st century. ![]() |
Just read that we have the third highest wage bill in Europe!!! Shocking!!!! Considering the players in the squad.

Nihilist:Always give links/source of your stories for credibility. |
Nihilist:I think you are wrong in understating and underestimating Conte's achievements with juve. They had finish 7th the TWO previous seasons. He came, steadied the ship, gave them self belief and confidence again. Improved them tactfully by introducing the now famous 352. Has all the credit for moulding and shaping paul pogba. He Has the highest league record in all of europe till date. He broke many domestic records. He basically laid the foundation for their modern success. just like mou did for chelsea in his first stint, pep/cruyf did for barca, and van gaal/henykens jupp for Bayern. The only negative in his CV might be his supposed underperformance in Europe but this may excused considering his limited exposure there (3 years). But the fact that juve reached the final a year showed that what he did there worked subsequently. I believe that given time, he will succeed. |
Hull have never beaten Chelsea in the Premier League, losing six and drawing twice. Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 12 matches in all competitions against Hull City, winning 10 (D2). Diego Costa and Eden Hazard scored in both Premier League fixtures against Hull in 2014/15. Indeed, five of Chelsea's last seven PL goals against the Tigers have been scored or assisted by Costa and Hazard. Hazard has scored in each of his last three Premier League clashes with Hull; he's never scored in four consecutive PL matches against a single opponent (also three in a row vs Spurs). Courtesy of his red card v Liverpool last weekend, this will be the first Premier League game that Ahmed Elmohamady has ever missed for Hull (38 games in 13/14, 38 in 14/15 and six in 16/17). Hull have conceded 40 shots on target this season, more than any other Premier League team. If Chelsea lose this game they will have lost as many games under Antonio Conte (3) in seven matches as they did in 21 outings under Guus Hiddink last season. Chelsea have used a league-low 17 players this season, with Hull next lowest on 18. Diego Costa has been booked in four of his six Premier League appearances this season. Hull have had a red card in their last two games, there have only been eight instances in Premier League history of teams getting men sent off in three successive matches, most recently by West Ham in August 2015 Hull city's provisional squad: Marshall, Robertson, Davies, Livermore, Maguire, Snodgrass, Mason, Meyler, Henriksen, Clucas, Huddlestone, Diomande, Hernandez, Keane, Jakupovic, Mbokani, Maloney, Weir. Chelsea provisional squad: Courtois, Begovic, Ivanovic, Alonso, Fabregas, Kante, Oscar, Hazard, Pedro, Mikel, Loftus-Cheek, Moses, Costa, Matic, Willian, Batshuayi, Cahill, Azpilicueta, Chalobah, Luiz, Eduardo. Kick-off: Saturday, 3pm Referee: Mark Clattenburg Managers: Mike Phelan (Hull) Antonio Conte (Chelsea) Head-to-head league record: Hull wins 4 Draws 7 Chelsea wins 23 Recent league form (latest result first): Hull: LLDLW Chelsea: LLDWW OFFICIAL LINEUP:

I wrote this few days back and here is conte confirming my thoughts about this team.. donjazet:https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/1875841/chelsea-transfer-news-five-blues-stars-set-to-face-the-axe-as-antonio-conte-lines-up-major-shake-up/ Conte – fresh from his time with the Italian national side – was happy be managed to land former Leicester midfielder N’Golo Kante, but is said to be angered at the Stamford Bridge hierarchy’s lack of ambition in helping him land other key targets.

nateevs:Nateevs listen, there is a big difference between investigative journalism and entrapment. It is something if big sam was doing something ILLEGAL but it is different when some journalists say common let's go and test him or set him up and see if he would fall. Its ludicrous!!! Its just like the serpent giving eve the apple. What sam did was basically of human nature, man is greedy, man ultimately works towards money and how many pple will not actually CONSIDER it?? My point is sam was ethically wrong in saying things he did but he should not be OVER criticized for considering it. It would be hypocritical to do so as not many pple would act differently. And I am not alone in thinking so as this picture below depicts.
|
lalaboi:Try to understand ones perspective before replying. Nobody is justifying what big Sam did. Everybody agrees it was unethical but what is wrong is pple fully and boldly castigating, insulting or instigating him for something like this. Sincerely if you had been offered 400k, can you boldly say you won't at least think about it?? I am simply against the hypocrisy.. What he did or say is not unheard of. |
Nihilist: There is a very big difference! One doesn't really hurt feelings per say while the other is extreme and does.. And more so one is not constitutionally illegal while the order is against the law and has a penal code., ![]() I am just saying, what he said may be unethical but but he did nothing wrong/illegal.. I don't know why the English press likes going after one of their own.. You hardly hear about German, French or Spanish coaches being embroiled in one scandal or the other domestically but 9\14 of the last English coaches have had their stint end not particularly for footballing reasons but one scandal or the other which is usually initiated or involving the press in all of them either by entrapment or interviews. They hardly protect their own which is just bad!! It brings instability and non cohesion in the team.. Little wonder their team remains a joke. |
Very soon he will be coming to Stamford bridge.. I am still at odds |
Nihilist:Nihilist simple question.. Have you ever offered or accepted bribe in you life in any form?? |
^^^^^ leave them, some will be forming angel!! Some pple will not react differently from the way Sam reacted. Money is money and it is difficult to turn it down when it comes your way.. As for these media/reporters that are forming detectives,, there have been lots of cases of them using incriminating pictures and stories to blackmail players/coaches and celebrities for money.. This pple pay huge sums to the journalist to bury stories.. When you don't play ball. The story is leaked and the persons image is damaged.. I would hate to see anyone disgrace or insult big Sam because common let's face it.. We all have secrets, terrible mistakes we may have made or beliefs which if revealed could also damage reputation.. No one is pure and as such it would be hypocritical of us to slander sam for considering bribe or thinking of breaking a law. Just saying!!! |
hensben:A midfield of Fab, kante and Oscar can hardly compare to our rivals midfield. At mancity, they have a well oiled midfield in gundogan,Fernando, fernandinho and toure. At arsenal, carzola, ozil, zhaka, and coquelin. At Liverpool, coutinho, Henderson, emre can etc.. Can you compare ours with theirs?? Do you know the worst part ![]() Chelsea has no bench!!!! where will the goals come from It is ironic to think we have the largest squad in England but do not have an average bench!! Do we seriously believe that we can use the same average first team squad for a full year![]() |
hensben:If you think chelsea can finish top4 with this team, you are dreaming!! The only source of goals in this team is hazard and Costa!!! What happens if one get injured!! The team is highly unbalanced we have a no10 who is known more for his defensive contributions than offensive contributions!!! We have a right winger who has ONLY a high work rate without end product. We have 3 midfielders who are highly unbalanced. One is highly creative but defensively shambolic and slow(fabregas) one is averagely defensive, has good tackling but doesn't know what to do with the ball and is extremely slow!! (matic) The other is defensively astute but creatively limited and when they all play together, you have a very slow midfield which becomes a recipe for disaster. I really don't need to go into details on the defence, do I?? A slow rightback who can't cross and who constantly gets raped when he meets any decent left back.. Then you have an ageing erroneous defence. You know you have a problem when your best defender is 36-37 years old. Compare this team to arsenal, tottenham, liverpool , Manchester city and united and tell me we have a chance of making top4!!! ![]() |
raumdeuter:Ohh please the last 12 months have been horrible for him!! Don't try to use that as a yardstick. Use the last decade bar last year. Mourinhos team has the best defence in the league in 10/13 past years so when I say his team cannot concede 3 goals, you know what I mean. If he does, it is an ANOMALY |
Ibime once suggested we sell willan for a load of cash, some disagreed citing the fact that he was our best player last season. When a wingers best season for a top club is 12 goals and 7 assists in 45 appearances!! Then you know there is a problem.. |
