When mourinho said he had made made average players look world class and win the EPL.. We thought he was boisterously arrogant. But when you look at this squad you begin to think? How exactly did Ivanovic, matic, cahill, obi, willan and Oscar win the league?? These are all average players.

Of course he cannot be absolved of the failure but on Saturday there was something I missed.. Mourinhos appearance alone on the dugout had this mental psychological block on the arsenal players. A mourinhos team will never lose 3-0 to any team bar 1.

I don't understand the shit some are posting about Luiz!! Luiz has been okay. His chance creation from the back and his defending has been okay.. He has just been unfortunate to have been paired with Cahill!!! I believe that a terry and Luis partnership will be decent as JT will organize the defence. Then azpi and alonso as fullbacks.

Yea he did!.

Our problem was lack of communication of our midfielders in the first half, this was rectified in the second half but the lack of creativity from the middle was glaring!! We dominated the second half without creating anything. All our chances were basically from the wings..
Generally we had a decent game, just the lack of creativity till fabregas came in. Costa barely received the ball upfront!!.

Kudos too to Liverpool.. They have virtually played just big teams and won most..

Manunited will also find it difficult against this team.

I see Liverpool going very far bar injuries to their squad.
Looking forward to playing Leicester on Tuesday.

The only way for Ibime to avoid dissing the man he once said 'was more important than Hazard to the team' is to deflect on Oscar.

Unfortunately, in any metric that matters so far, Oscar has done a better job than Matic this season. If Oscar drops dead tommorow, Ibime would continue to blame his dead body, rather than address the shocking and abrupt decline that matic has suffered.

I think this exorbitant purchase is just mourinhos means of sending a statement of intent!! It gives united a bit of a psychological edge over the rivals..

The only negative here lies on the young boys shoulder/ability to live up to the hype, it wouldn't be easy living up to the price tag on his head.

as to why Veep's mood and approach differs from house of card's(they share similar theme, politics) here goes:

Veep is a satire in the sense it doesn't take itself serious at all. the politics are real, the domestic and foreign policies getting treated in the show are completely feasible but the show makes fun of all the stuffiness by cleverly infusing highbrow humor amidst all the drama. someone can get shot and/or killed on veep but with a humorous spin.
