Vote Peter Obi in the next election. Youths stop selling your future.

Peter Obi is the only right choice. It is better to "waste" your vote on Peter Obi than vote any of these 2 criminals who had active arrest warrants by US government.

Unlimited22:When you talk of decentralization of powers, that really doesn't apply here, because Texas alone is bigger than Nigeria and Texas is a single state of its own. |
Less than 3 hours after we argued about the bayelsa numbers on this thread, this tweet went viral on Twitter. ![]() You really can't tell me this thread is not the most popular thread on nairaland.

Unlimited22:Really?? Could have sworn you're my mannest man here. we never quarrel before na. ![]() Anyways, thanks for the acknowledgement, I appreciate. I am a Nigerian in Nigeria and I have sworn to do my part to get it right. I can actually boast of making at least 46 people who I know personally, go and register for PVC for the very first time. Neighbors, colleagues, relatives and friends. All the WhatsApp groups I'm in, I've made all of them see the need to vote for the very first time. I'm actually proud of my own efforts too. A whole lot of people are just soo apathetical to voting, I'm really glad I've done my own small part in changing many minds towards this. Nobody would fix our country for us, it's in our hands. |
GloriousGbola:I'm truly wondering where this idea that singular tribal countries govern themselves better. Historically, economically powerful cities have been one where people of different tribes and origin conglomerate or meet each other. Port towns, trading routes etc. These were places that would grow to be the most economically viable settlement. Nigeria needs to get her leadership right. If we become more politically conscious as a group, we would elect the right people. |
NinjaXmetahuman:Ninja how are we going to get it right with our leadership problems when enlightened brethren like you are reluctant to engage in the democratic process? |
popizaino:Very good points. We really need to stop blaming the whites for our own country's problem. We have had enough time to forge our own path but we were simply not awaken to our rights to demand good leadership. Leadership is truly our problem. But it has to be said that us having bad leadership is a symptom of our collective mind diseases which are; Tribalism Religiosity and spiritualism. Religious bigotry. Ethnic jingoism Sectarianism and mindless chauvinism. These problems have nothing to do with the whites anymore. It's solely in our hands. China has soo many ethnic groups within it and they are now the second richest country in the world. India has soo many ethnic groups within it and they are the 5th richest country in the world. Russia also has multiple ethnic groups within it and they're a world military power. Disintegration IS NOT the solution to our problem. |
