My say in this is this, the school definitely has a share of the blame here, I mean, it happened right under their roof and purview, parents expect their children to be expertly supervised in their absence, that's why they pay money, parents sef who find some of their children too difficult to control send them into boarding schools where they hope they will be shaped accordingly, so yes, the school has a great miscarriage of administration. I saw that video and I was really shocked by a lot of things, one was the the fact they were several children present in that act and they all seemed very casual and comfortable about what they were doing, there didn't seem to be a hint of fear or tension or shock from any of them which meant they were used to this, again,I blame the school for having created such an enabling environment where such atrocity can be committed by numerous children without them having a sense of their wrongdoing.

Secondly the parents of the children have failed massively, that bit is obvious, although I'm thinking that the lack of good sex education in our own society makes it easier for these things to happen, many parents just do not know how to talk about sexual intercourse and it's implications to their children, this leads to all of us discovering it in our own way, either from peers or from the neighborhood or from the media or a conglomeration of all. You have some who start too early and potentially develop pedophilic tendencies as they grow, or some who are too late and never learn how to sexually satisfy themselves or their partners later in life. The balance is blurred.

All the same, we should all take a leaf out of this and teach our own children all they need to know about their organs and sex and the implications of their actions. That way everyone makes better informed decisions.
