I need your suggestions on the best proposal setting to adopt. I recently started dating this lady who was my good friend before I asked her out. we were more like family friends. Which kain point be that one. Nigeria is different abeg. There are peculiar cases. But largely, the smarter ones are more likely to graduate with higher grades. Why cast my net where people that are there are more likely the less smart people?

Employers have right to decide how they want to recruit but the fact still remains that not all jobs should use grade as the only criteria!

People with high " intelligence or brilliance " are more likely to finish with high grades in school, while people with low "intelligence or brilliance " are more likely to finish with low grades. If you were to reduce the number of applications you had to handle, what would you do?

WRONG!!! The Grade Point Average has never been a proven way to measure inteligence or brilliance. My opinion
