My opera mini and main browser displayed the error message as well... Even on my PC but when i used the UC browser, it opened immediately!

Some people who chose the state late will fall into stream 2 or a different state

I'm glad we registered early cuz from what he said it is clearly on a first come first serve basis

I'm guessing 2k for stream I and 2k for stream II

Friend of mine told me there were 200 in their platoon and there are about 10 platoons so my money's on 2k Cms for stream I I'm sooooo sure I'll Make Aks grin

cause I registered early.
