Using that young lecturer as example. He graduated out of that university with first class. But according to him, he never aim to get first class. He believes First-class was a lower ground goal. Instead he aimed for a higher ground goal: being a Lecturer in the university.

The lower ground goal is only a prerequisite or by-product of going for higher ground goal.
When you are going for a lower ground goal, you simply do the regular activities to achieve it. But when you're going for a higher-ground goal, you are naturally forced to bring out the best behavior in you



As a Man, Aiming at lower ground goal demand only little from you. This why the typical guy can freely act like a weak simp while trying to get the pussy.

But aiming at higher ground goal literally demand A LOT from you. It will force you to be an ALPHA whether you like it or not.
