Nairaland General › Have You Ever Killed A Wild/dangerous Animal? by dont8(op):
I remembered when I went to the village years back, precisely '94, I killed two Snakes at different times, one was big and the other, not too big (but the tail looks like the head and looks scary}.

Another time was when I killed a Scorpion in my secondary school days, as am always fearless.

So, who has killed a Lion like Samson wink

You're right, those areas are synonymous with each other, especially to 'first timers'.
I always mix those ares together. Allen, Opebi and Toyin street.

Thanks
Events › Re: Lagos Comic Conference by dont8(m): 6:36pm On Nov 15, 2012
You're welcome, but Water Parks is at Toyin street and not Opebi Rd, for the sake of those going to the event, cheers.
yeah thanks
I know they're beside each other, but the way you termed it as OLD is misleading, is as if Water Parks has been pulled down or relocated, you get ba.
Explain to me how. It is the same place is it not?
Events › Re: Lagos Comic Conference by dont8(m): 2:58pm On Nov 15, 2012
Point of correction, Aquatic hotel is different from Water parks. Wish I can attend.
I know the venue very well. It is at Aquatic hotels which is the old "water park" if you grew up in lagos you will remember it.

It is on Opebi road and a very nice place too
Whats that?!

Meaningless appointment if you ask me, hope he has portfolios for other states, especially Abuja.
Lilprocess: A lot of eyebrows were raised, when the Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, appointed Nollywood actress, Nkiru Sylvanus, as his special assistant on Lagos Matters. Well, that appointment has been terminated.

Politics › Re: El Rufai Mocks Pastor Oritsejafor On Private Jet by dont8(m): 9:01am On Nov 11, 2012
I think people should always look at issues raised and not the personalities involved. Haven't said that, El-Rufai himself doesn't give much to be desired, it is said that ''He that must come to equity, must come with clean hands''.

This is a case of misplaced priority on the part of Seun, just looking for cheap popularity.

Everyone knows weed is medicinal, but on the other hand, the adverse effect outweighs the supposed benefits.
