Science/Technology › Re: Nigerian Girls Invent Urine-powered Generator by dont8(m): 3:06pm On Nov 08, 2012
If you ever waste that urine on my bed again (its now expensive), or betterstill, buy jerrycan on your way home, good boy.

Anyway, Good invention by the girls.
Foxybone: Sorry bro, I did that before you.... grin grin grin grin

This guys should bring their generator to my office building to collect urine, infact, urine is now for sale.... Men, new business in town...

On a serious note, thumbs up to the girls for bring in a smelly invention, imagine you storing jerry cans of urine in your toilet because it is cheaper grin grin grin

Unfortunately, I've not met ''49 out of 50 girls'' you just made up with your stats, but fortunately for me; I've met 49 out of 50 girls that are intellectually sound and know what they wanted for themselves.
Raxxye: Don‘t blame us. If 49 out of 50 girls you‘ve met display such attitudes, then generalizing as “all“ is not out of place. Mathematicians and Statisticians will agree.
It is sad, but that‘s the case with Nigerian girls.

My sentiments exactly, it baffles me why some guys always generalise all girls to be I never chop, whereas, decent girls abound in our communities and doing well for themselves.
Thanks jare, as they say likes attract likes! And talking about making the first impression, is it just for ladies or why is almost everyone here talking about naija girls...what about them? I wonder why Nairaland guys are so fond of attacking and insulting ladies with every opportunity they get. The fact that your girlfriend or sis carries 'i never chop' placard about doesn't make every other lady a gold-digger.
You're on point, what more can we say, than to wish him good health, knowledge and above all, wisdom to steer the ship once more.

God bless Barrack Obama, God bless United States, God bless Nigeria.
ayobase: Its not all about the winning, but fulfilling his promises.....Im sure he is gonna!
He actually worth it after the fierce battle with Mitt.

Barack Obama called for unity and set out an optimistic vision of America's future this morning in a rousing acceptance speech after he defeated Mitt Romney to win another four years as President of the United States.
He promised 'the best is yet to come' and said the fierce battle with Romney had made him a better president, vowing: 'I will return to the White House more determined and inspired than ever’.
In a speech that saw a return to the soaring rhetoric he has become known for since his election in 2008, Obama said he had ‘listened andlearned’ from the American people during his campaign...........

I wont agree with you as to calling the voters fool, there's nothing wrong in choosing an alternative and there's freedom of expression, you know and everyone can't face same direction.
ayobase: Common don8!

Well, let me not say ingrates, but fools!

Here is a President that has been working on the mandate he promised these people years back....why won't they allow him to finish the good works he started unless they are confused.....well, 6th is by the corner!

Foreign Affairs › Re: Republican Vs Democratic! Who Wins? by dont8(op): 11:07pm On Nov 04, 2012
You're right to some extent and I agree with some of the points you raised, especially fighting a war under the guise of terrorism and the rest. But looking at it from economic perspective, an elected president, be it Republican or Democrat will surely give it a priority and the needed attention it deserved.

So, by extention, you can't tag anyone an ingrate for not voting for Obama, unless you want to become a racist overnight.
ayobase: To every country, the state of the Economy is more important than the foreign's....even here in Naija!

Obama categorically made a promise of working more on the Economic, and of course he is has been cleaning the mess of the republican.......it will be ungrateful of these same people to eventually hand over the cleaned country to Republican again.....does it mean the Democrats are always coming to clean up sh1ts!

This is not a case of black man or whatever......the theory was applied to the state of my country before that....nobody wants war. Money meant for development of an Economy going for wars?
Foreign Affairs › Re: Republican Vs Democratic! Who Wins? by dont8(op): 9:50pm On Nov 04, 2012
Why do you say so?
ayobase: Im patiently waiting!

Americans would be the greatest ingrates ever if Obama loses!
