I understand how you feel, and I do feel for you. It's not about just "being disciplined" as some people are saying. I think you need to seek medical intervention. You'll be prescribed medications that will help control all your risky urges.
Try to go to any neuropsychiatric hospital around you and make your complaint.

I love your comment. I don't know why some men feel every woman above 30 is lonely. If it is sex, that one is readily available, and it doesn't mean the woman is being cheated. She nack the man, the man nack am. How's that a big deal? Commitment may not be available, but men are also suffering from same. That's why we have lots of men who have decided to only keep baby mamas.
Life is not just about women being exactly one way at a certain age. And you'll see some of these men calling such women "left over" coming to these women's DMs to beg for money. It has become as bad as that for some men.

My long distance relationship boyfriend of three years seldom call me or chat with me, always with the excuse of work. When he does chat, it's just the normal hi and how are you. He doesn't talk about his day, doesn't ask about mine. He doesn't talk about missing me and doesn't clamour to see me, except when he wishes I'm around to cook for him or keep him company. Yet he says he loves me so much. When I asked him one day how he's sure he loves me, the reply he gave was that, when he's at work, he longs to chat or call me. That reply seems shallow to me.
Does he love me because he says so? Why would he tell me he loves me so much yet he's not showing it?
