i also called the customer care and the guy was even suprised that such existed on their network.
I had to explain how to do it and he was like there is no such thing on their network so i told him to check online that its working for alot of people and i told him to activate it for me so he said they would get back to me in 12 hours,but uptill now i am still not eligible.

How dere you call Customer care? Are you the only one here whom the stuff is not working on their sims? They are many people here who are experiencing the same issue but they never called Customer care. What did u tell them about this stuff? Tell me because they are going to block it. Tell me now so that I will know what to do.
