The best way to find out is troubleshoot it, right click on the icon and select troubleshoot, it will give a head up on what the problem is then u can state it here for proper solution.

First of all have you switch it on? For some laptop you'll have to switch it on the keyboard with the wireless sign on it or on the body of laptop.
Anyway don't he first step to see where the problem comes from.

After troubleshoot, its saying, there might be a problem with d driver for the wireless network connection adapter and the Local Area Connection adapter is disabled.
